IIPE Visakhapatnam Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Students at the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy (IIPE) become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. The placement rates have been impressive, with 98% of students in the 2022 batch securing job offers. A total of 57 companies visited the campus, providing 107 offers to 82 students.

The highest package offered was 24 LPA, and the average package was 9.57 LPA. Major recruiters included PSUs like ONGC, HPCL, IOCL, and GAIL, along with private companies such as Shell, Schlumberger, TCS, and Infosys. Additionally, students have internship opportunities from prominent organizations like ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, and ISRO, with some internships offering stipends, such as Rs.
