The reservation policy for admission is as follows:25% of seats are reserved for the 'Nagpur Domiciled' candidates.SIU payable by the candidates will provide a 15% concession on the academic fees.Note:When the seats reserved for 'Nagpur Domiciled' candidates remain vacant and are offered to 'Non-Nagpur Domiciled' candidates, such candidates shall not be entitled to the fee concession as it is being offered to the 'Nagpur Domiciled' candidates.

Does Symbiosis School of Planning provide a scholarship?

The institute provides scholarships for Semester Topper Students. The scholarship will be eligible for 50% of the semester fee.

Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED) is a design aptitude test examining the color, geometry, visual observations, creative thinking abilities, general design awareness, and awareness of Indian culture, craft, traditions, etc. The question paper would consist of objective questions with multiple choices. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 years Full-time B.DesProgram should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:-

A candidate must have passed 10+2 (any stream; eg. Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.) or equivalent. or
10+3 diploma approved by State Board of Technical Education with minimum 50% aggregate marks obtained in the final examination to be eligible for the above-mentioned programme.
A candidate appearing for the final examination of 10+2 grade or 10+3 Diploma programme may also apply provided the results of the examination should have been declared by June of the admission year or prior to be eligible for the above mentioned programme.

We pay the institution fees around 1,75,000 per semester excluding hostel and we pay for hostel around 1,50,000 so when we sum it up we pay around 5.5 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs per year.College provide us the internship opportunities and have a average placement around 4 to 5 lakhs per year.
