Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Kochi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements are excellent and for many years, there is 100% placement with an average package of 7.5 lakh to 8 lakh per annum. More than 150 + companies visited the college during placement time. The highest package is 13 - 14 lakh. Some of the companies are Infosys, Wipro, HDFC, PWC, EY, KPMG, JK tyres, Adani, and many more. The profiles being offered are Business Analysts, Consultant, Management Trainee, etc. One of the best things about this college is their palcement. Usually, the placement process starts from November in the second year onwards.

The campus placements began in November, which is with the 5th semester. The placements were really great. within the first 2 months, almost 80% of the eligible students were placed. Companies like Infosys, E&Y, PWC, KPMG, Wipro, Panasonic, Dell, Oracle, Accenture, etc visited.

After trimester 4 students are eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Hexaware, EY, Birlasoft, Envision, Accenture, Dell, Digit Insurance, HDFC Bank, Grant Thornton, Photon, Indegene, Mphasis, Advantage club, Feedback Consulting, Panasonic, IDFC, GATI, Reliance Retail, Pepperfry, PwC. Profiles are offered in the Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics domain. By the end of January, 5th Trimester, 80% of the students are placed. I plan to continue with the job I secured and create a name for myself in my industry.

The placements at XIME are centralized and provide students with excellent opportunities. The average package for our batch was upwards of 7.5 lakhs while the highest package goes up to 12 for Kochi and 16 for the Bangalore campus. Various companies like EY, Infosys, Accenture, Oracle, IBM, HCL, Dell, Grant Thornton, Kelton tech, Aspire Systems, Tata power, etc provide students with opportunities on campus. It is up to the students to crack the interviews and get placed.

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

There are 6 semesters in total and the placement drives starts in the month of November. The students should have above 4.8 CGPA out of 8 to become eligible for the placements. The current average CTC is 8.10 and as of now above 60 companies have visited our campus. The college had 100% placement in the previous year and likely to have the same in the current year. Overall the campus placement is amazing with ROI of 1 year. Company comes for all the domains like finance, Marketing, operations, analytics and HR

The institute has centralized placements with its other two campuses - Bangalore & Chennai. The college has a student-driven placement committee for facilitating the placement process with companies like- Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Dell, Oracle, WIPRO, EY, PWC. By the end of Jan '22, we have had 85% of students placed with an average CTC of 7.5 Lpa.

All Students above the CGPA of 4.8 is eligible for placements in second year. The placement week starts in November and will extend upto May (7 months). All the eligible students will get placed. The average package as of Jan 2022 is approximately 8.5LPA.

From the fourth semester the students are eligible to sit for placements. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Dell, EY, various banks like ICICI come for their drives. College tends to provide with 100% placement.

This is a student-driven college and the student placecom team does its job. Almost everyone from my batch has been placed into good companies and there are a lot of opportunities for any individuals. (Different companies would come for campus placements, its upto them how they perform and get into these companies)
