Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

From 5th trimester companies start coming for placements. Companies like Infosys, Mercedes Benz, South Indian Bank, Bajaj Allianz, Accenture comes for placements. Placement committee provides full assistance to let students get good placement offers.

The students are eligible to sit for placements from 4th trimester itself. Major companies like Accenture, Mahindra finance, ASK, Federal Bank, Tata Play, SAP, etc., The highest package so far for this year is 16 LPA Almost 99% of students will get placed. My plan is to sit for placement and get the job

From 5th semester,students are eligible to sit for placements, top companies and startups come for placements and there almost 100% placement record in every year from the start, average package is around 10 lakh with highest being 17 lakh until last year

The students start their placement process once they are in 4th term as they will have their mock interviews starting. In the 5th term, companies started to visit the campus. Since the placement is for all three campuses of XIME students need to go to Bangalore to give their interviews. Companies like Soc Gen, EY, Oracle, and KPMG come to campus offering good salaries. The highest placement for 2022 was 15.4 lakhs and the average was 10.2 lakhs. this year even tho there is a recession going on the institute is bringing in good companies for placement with the highest placement being 14.2 lakhs and the average is around 9.4 lakhs with 40 percent of the batch being placed. For me, I will definitely try to get a placement that has a record of 100 percent placement. If not then I will do my further studies abroad.

4th semester is when your placement starts. Manu companies like Accenture, Infosys, Hilton, etc visit campus. Highest package is 16 average is 10.3 lakhs. 100% students are placed. Join the company work there and start own business

Students of second year are eligible for placements and students of first year are eligible for internship programmes. Companies from all domain come for the recruitment be it for jobs or internships. Almost 100% of the batch gets placed each year. Well-known companies such as Infosys, Oracle, E&Y, IDFC Bank, etc come.

Students become eligible from the 5th trimester for campus placements. The companies that visited the campus this year are EY, Royal Enfield, Urbam Clap, HDFC Bank, Reliance Jio, Tata Steel, ITC Limited, Coal India, Oil India Limited, Infosys etc. Current average CTC: 10.26 and Highest CTC: 14.30 100% placed in the years 2021, and 2022. 94.44% placed in the year 2023.

The Placement of XIME can never be questioned. XIME has seen constant growth over years via providing lifes to students in the corporate world. The minimum Package is 7-8 lakhs The average package is 10.5 lakhs The highest package is 14 lakhs(approx) 85% of the students get places every year.

Course curriculum is very well designed, college is not just focusing on theoretical aspects but also focusing on practical knowledge. Exams are not very difficult and also college is not entirely focusing on exams but also focusing on lot of assignments and practical projects for better understanding. Talking about teaching methodology college provides Harvard business case based study material which is very much helpful this was one of the reason I personally joined this college, secondly faculties are good and most of them have PhD. with industrial background which is cherry on the top for the students for gaining more practical insights. Faculty student ratio is good, set of students are assigned to their mentors which help them to clear their doubts one on one more easily.
