I appeared for the MAT examination and scored 80.27 percentile, XIMEs entrance requirement was 75 percentile, the application form for the XIME admission process is available on its website in the admission portal. XIME promotes equality and diversity at the same time and rewards on the basis of merits and during the course provides financial assistance to students who need it. The admission process is personalized and rigorous and from the start, it itself gives you a good understanding of the institution and helps you make an informed decision.

I chose PGDM Operations at XIME as, during the first year when all the subjects are common for the first three trimesters, the teaching methods and my personal interests led me to this course. In an average class faculty to student ratio is 1:35. The faculty for operations in XIME is well learned and has deep info on the subject they teach. They either have hands-on experience in the operations domain or have studied from India's top institutions. Exams are held every 40 Days and it's pretty challenging as they are finished in just 4 days and each day is divided with the number of total subjects to total exam days and the quick trimester structure is challenging but it increases flexibility in the learning attitude of a student.

Companies such as EY, Growth Arrow, Peacock Solar, BlitzJobs, Culturelligence, Sriram life insurance, Mane Kancor Ingredients Ltd, Happa foods, IOCL, Apisero India Pvt Ltd, Clearexam, V-Gaurd, L&T, and many other such organizations. These companies came for Operations, Finance, HR, and marketing domains. These internships, learnings, and projects played a major role in getting students placements this year.

After trimester 4 students are eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Hexaware, EY, Birlasoft, Envision, Accenture, Dell, Digit Insurance, HDFC Bank, Grant Thornton, Photon, Indegene, Mphasis, Advantage club, Feedback Consulting, Panasonic, IDFC, GATI, Reliance Retail, Pepperfry, PwC. Profiles are offered in the Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics domain. By the end of January, 5th Trimester, 80% of the students are placed. I plan to continue with the job I secured and create a name for myself in my industry.

The fee is reasonable compared to other PGDM institutions and as per ROI. Overall expenditure is near to Rs. 8,50,000 - 9,50,000 and the average CTC offered during college placements 2021-2022 is Rs. 8.5 lacs. There is no particular name of scholarship, you get it on the basis of your education background and CAT score if its above 90 percentile, additionally there are scholarships on the basis of your course performance every trimester and there is financial assistance provided to those who are financially weak and require help.

Due to covid scenario most of the campus life we missed, but it's all student-driven and up to the imagination of the students and committee in control of how well they plan to conduct the year's fest, how they negotiate with the management for funds, and how well they manage the funds to conduct the fest. Here students learn management by practice. The library is filled with syllabus-related books, and we have access to a digital library too, and for journals, we have been given access to EBSCO and other digital materials and many other resources which are taught to us how to look for. Classrooms are all air-conditioned, equipped with sound systems and projectors and white boards to make student-teacher interaction as perfect as possible, and if required management invests more in getting up-to-date equipment for the classes. Management is open to listen to all kinds of students requirements and provide with a football ground with nets, cricket pitch, basketball court, badminton court

All the rooms in the hostel are twin sharing with a bathroom equipped with a shower, hot water, and other basic necessities which are of fairly good quality for a hostel as well as rooms with two beds, tables, and almirahs. Both bathrooms and rooms are of large space where 2 students can live comfortably, also hallways and ventilation is good. Food quality is good, also students can order from zomato and swiggy when in the mood to order something exclusive. All the documentation for hostels is provided by the institution when you reach, and hostels are affordable. It's mandatory to complete the course while staying on campus, no renting of rooms or PG is allowed outside the college.

Yes, there was a written test, a group discussion, and then a personal interview with the selectors. The process was thorough and a topic was given to us on which we had to write a particular number of words, after that, a group discussion was held concerning nation and economy, and then a personal interview which was headed by 4 panelists. I prepared for all these rounds through my processes in other colleges which helped me perform well in XIME's selection process.
