Prospective students must pass the MHCET exam to be eligible for admission, which is based on a merit list and involves three rounds of counseling. The college has a team of 5-6 assistant professors for the BA program and 7-8 for the LLB program in the later years of the five-year integrated course. While the faculty is approachable and supportive, some teach primarily in Marathi and lack English proficiency. The curriculum initially focuses on non-law subjects, shifting to law-specific topics from the third year.

Fees vary, with Maharashtra students paying 17,000 INR annually, while those from outside Maharashtra pay 32,500 INR.
