I chose this course because there are many reasons. Total faculty of CSE branch 7 and lab assistant 4. All faculty qualification is Ph.D. in different topics. Exams are semester-wise. Difficult to fail and easy to pass in the semester exam.

Pros and cons of Coochbehar govt engg college

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year (6th sem) students become eligible for campus placement. TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, l&t construction etc company visits there. avg placement is more than 60% with a salary package of 3.2lpa. The highest package is 8lpa from the computer science dept. My plan is to go for higher studies like MTech. to explore more civil engineering.

Campus placement are average, if you study well u can get good company, so many companies visited in our college, placement persentage u can say around 84 percent , this companies offer good package and very good opportunities ahead.

From the 5thbor 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements.TCS visited and offers were made. the highest package as per the company and profiles offered is 10 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. my plan after getting the degree is to secure a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are 8-semester classes that begin from July and 1st sem in December and 2nd sem in March or April and so on. And there are two internal before every semester. MAKAUT syllabus can change anytime but it depends on your course. For the faculty member they all are qualified and friendly.

It's been a long time.

Placement Experience:

From 6 the semester student can apply for off campusing. Veda IIT, SoCtronics, Wipro and TCS have come to our college. The maximum package was 12.5 Lakh per annum. 70% of students were placed in different fields like IT and Core. I have started preparing for Govt jobs and also aim for higher studies in IIT and NIT.

Perfect college for Engineering

Placement Experience:

from the 6th semester students become eligible for placement. Many reputed companies visit this college. Average package of placement is 2 lacs per year and the highest package is 7-8 lacs per year. 90% is good to get a well placement. my plan is to do higher study (MTech) after getting the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course CSE in this college because my home is Siliguri and college at coochbehar So college is near from my home and easy to come by travelling bus and train. All faculty have an average of 70 student capacity. In all faculty, teachers are good and help students with any study problems. Exam papers are not very though. If the students study daily 1hr they can easily pass.

We have had very good placement records since last year. Most of the students got placed in our CSE department in major companies and have got huge packages. Most of them cracked IITs, NITs, etc, Also, many of them cracked CAT exams.
