The placement cell of PGDAV college is one of the finest. Students willing to get placed are usually placed with companies including EY DE Shaw. The highest package ever recorded was 36LPA. And the median package is 5 LPA.

The students become eligible in 3rd year for placement. Many companies visit The college as it's good and very old among du college. Obviously, it's not like the top du colleges but it is good. People plan for higher studies after graduation.

I've chosen this course so that it could help me in my UPSC PREPARATION. And I was impressed by the faculties of PGDAV COLLEGE for this course. They not only teach you regarding the exam perspective but develops mental thinking which not only helps us in UPSC but in our life too. Although there are many students in our batch. But all the faculties of our department are really good. The classes are much smaller as we have many students in our batch but it is much worth it as we are having teachers who helped us in developing our minds and motivate us.

I chose history honours, from beginning I was sure about taking history as my bachelor's degree, history excites me to learn new things, learn about the past and interlink it with the present, history always helps me in personal growth my second thought was that it will help me in my civil services preparation. in my faculty, there is one thing I really love out of 66 students, there is 33 female student which is as equal to the male students, there we found equality in a realistic manner. Here in my college teachers are really good, and teach in a very friendly manner teachers are very helpful they are literally available for us 24/7 ... Exams really stressed us in 1st semester because we were just passed out from school, but gradually exams are now not that hectic, it is really easy to pass if you are reading consistently

Data science is on the rise, and I've always had a fascination with numbers, so I chose this course. After seeing Benedict Cumberbatch's movie The Imitation Game, I made up my mind from that point on that statistics was my career path. Faculty at the college is very experienced and good. Teachers here have a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience.

I chose this course cause i simply liked reading and exploring political science and it's various facets. moreover the faculty members are generally nice and helping with a lot of experience in research as well as academic endeavours. The course is fairly simple if you understand it right, you just gotta know how to write long theoritical answers.

Placement of PGDAV college is very good because there is a dedicated placement cell who manages all the placement and placement and internship is available for 2nd and 3rd year students. Many topmost companies like HCL hire the students for our college.

Students become eligible for placement in third year and for internship they are eligible from 2nd year. some good companies visit the campus like accenture and pwc. the highest package offered was 23 lac by accenture. the percentage required to sit in placement is 7 cgpa. major chunk of the students goes for masters after grad like me. i will do mba after the grad.

The highest package is 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. 65% of students are getting placements. My plans after the degree are to proceed further with Ph.D.

Average package 5.5 LPA. Profiles offered more than 40. The percentage of students getting placed is 30%.
