SDE UOC Faculty

The faculty at the university are highly qualified, with most possessing PhDs or having cleared NET/SET exams, and are recruited based on UGC guidelines. The faculty consists of both permanent and contract-based educators, with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10. Despite being less experienced, contract-based faculties are effective in teaching. They focus on both theoretical and practical aspects, and engage in club activities alongside students.

The faculty are available for doubt-clearing sessions and emphasize the importance of career-oriented learning. Exams are conducted at the end of each semester with moderate difficulty, allowing approximately 80% of students to pass. Despite occasional changes in faculty due to the distance education mode, professors remain informative and experienced.
