Likes

The curriculum is good the teachers are passionate and are very faithful to their job
I like the environmental friendly atmosphere at my college.
I like the canteen facilities because it's cheap and tasty.

Dislikes

No extra curricular activities whatsoever.
No fun is allowed inside the campus. It takes a lot of effort to program something
Jail like atmosphere. Feels trapped due to strict policy

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum in general doesn't prepare you for anything at all . You have to take it upon yourself to learn and evolve. The exams are too sudden and the portions are never completed. It's almost like completing an incomplete degree

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 3000 as my last sem fees and in total I have paid around 20000 as fees . I am a Merit student so there is no other fees other than this. And I don't go to hostel . I don't have any scholarship as I am general but my friends get egrants so they don't have to pay any at all

Campus Life

My overall college life was dull and very unfulfilled. I was disappointed because we didn't priorities anything other than studies. Sports art's and all were not something we give importance to so it was basically just curriculum

Admission

The college I applied for wasn't my priority. It was my second priority because it's near to my house and it's a government college so I only have to pay a few as fees. It's faculty and courses are good

Faculty

The exam system is strict here . We have on going check during exams by a third party as well as strict supervision. Teachers are approachable and are very friendly with us . their top priority is our career.

Night Life

There is no night life in my college infact our tubelight around the campus are not even in working condition to walk at night. The place where our campus is situated is a rural area so there is pretty much no night life

Remarks:

I was not allowed to go outside Kerala for my undergraduate so this was the next best option. The college has a very high ranking and is one of the best in the state. The B. Com course offered by them is also one among the best available.

Admission:

I have chosen Bcom because my ambition is to become an accountant. I think it's nice and easy to study. The exams are conducted by semester wise (1 Sem=6 month) for 3 years. Before every semester exam, there will be a model exam. This course is divided into 6 semesters completing in 3 years. It is fair having enough time for preparation having 42 exams in 3 years. This course will give a good profession because there is a sea of changes in the IT field. Learning new programming code is better and easy.

St Teresa's college is one of the prestigious college in Ernakulam City. And also it provides numerous of opportunities for the students to exhibit their talents and also to find their own abilities and skills. That's the main reason for me to choose St Teresa's for my higher studies. In addition to that, in the year of 2019 St Teresa's has gained A++ in NAAC, which makes St Teresa's unique from the other colleges of Ernakulam.

Remarks:

Positive remarks is that the teachers are very nice and smart that their method of teaching is brilliant and we understand everything very quickly. Negative remarks is the political party conflicts each other often. At the time of election even teachers got fight each other with students.

Excellent college providing the best course and best faculties

Remarks:

Our college have more positives and less negatives. The faculty, infrastructure all are good expect that the drinking water facility is so poor and. it is located near to the toilet. So the students are scared about their health.

Bone of the best college (kerala University)

Remarks:

Unwanted and Unnecessary interference of College Management in Government Funds is considered as one of the negative marks of our college. The utilization of PTA fund is not in an effective manner. Unnecessary Political Activities is another problem. Hon. High court of Kerala already banned political activities inside the college. But it can't be controlled deeply.
