To be eligible for a hostel room the candidates must have been admitted to the SRCC. The final allotments of rooms at SRCC hostels are purely on the merit of the marks obtained in the Qualifying marks.

Merit & need-based scholarships like [your scholarship name] & financial aid exist to help.
The faculty is completely qualified with a lot of experience and expertise , has really good teaching skills, clears all the doubts and interacts with the students, is gentle and friendly with the students.
Srcc has like the best placement's in the whole of du best companies hishest-35 lpa average -10-12 lpa package i don't really plan to take the placements and go for higher eduaction for mba or data science

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not great as we thought and its not good as compare to the colleges like iit and iims
Hostel seats are limited. many students have to opt for pgs
Unavailability of lack of hostel facilities is a point of difficulty for me since a major part of my time is spent travelling to and from the college.

SRCC - Where Dreams Meet Opportunity

Library has great ambience, seating arrangements on ground floor and 1st floor Periodicals
Sports Complex boasts a large Sports Field and Indoor Complex
Faculty of the College is really nice and experienced

Dislikes

Wifi Connectivity is very poor across the college
Classrooms and Seating Arrangement could have been better

Students Become Eligible for sitting in placement after completing 4th Semester, Start of 3rd Year. 135 Companies make Offers and the Highest Placement for this year 35 Lakh and 8.63 Lakh was the Average Package. I plan to sit for Placements after getting the degree.

Likes

Infrastructure is very good. The library, classrooms are all air conditioned and the sports complex is the biggest highlight
The food facilities. We have 3 canteens, for example the Nescafe stall, amul stall and the super affordable srcc cafe
The faculty is very friendly and intelligent. They explain things and concepts very nicely and in a unique way

Dislikes

Probably that there are about 5 dogs in the campus and they just get into the classrooms and elsewhere
The washrooms gets very dirty and unhygienic sometimes

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course content and structure is very good. Not only is it super practical, it takes a toll on the student to actually study in order to pass. Mugging up doesn't make a student pass in srcc. You need to study. Negatives are it is a very heavy course sometimes so we can't do a lot of societies with it that bcom students can do.

There is quality feculty member and using best teaching methods in the college which includes india's best professors. this college provide suppportive career opportunity and best environment for exposure .
This collage includes best infrastructure in university of delhi and having the best alumni network like rajat sharma

i think there is not any thinks which i dislike because this college is best of best

From the 3rd semester, the students are eligible for placement and various consulting companies come for recruitment, the highest package is 53 lakhs PA and the average package is around 13.5 lacks, it is important to maintain a better CGPA at the year of the semester

Things I liked about the college is there are a lot of societies and the kind of people you meet will make you better as a person
Infrastructure i would say quite good we have wifi all over our campus, aur conditioners, good auditorium 2-3 cafe/canteen
We have well stacked library of books,where you can study till 8 pm yes till 8 so that's a really good advantage

Dislikes

I would say this time the class size is a lot earlier it used to be 30-40 max this time it's 60
And due to high class size, in our tut classes we have to stand sometimes the whole class due to non availability of space and chairs
I feel the attendance system is a bit unorganised

Placement Experience:

In your final year, the companies like BIG4 visit our campus to get fresh talent. They "ll judge you on the basis of what you have become in your 3 years of uni..the best version of yourself. All that matters in the end is how you make the best out of it.

SRCC - The College of Dreams

SRCC is one of the most prestigious college of Delhi University and is also considered the best commerce college in all of Asia
The College has Centralised AC so there's never a feeling of being uncomfortable in the classes because of the hot summer weather.
SRCC has a sports complex and a stadium so its fun to go and play there in your free periods, its always fun to play between your free lectures.

Dislikes

There aren't many things i dislike but one could be the competitive environment sometimes takes a toil on us.
Sometimes classes go on till 6 in the evening, now during winters, its almost night by 6 so it kinda takes all of your day out of you.

Placement Experience:

SRCC offers exceptional placements, with students becoming eligible in the fifth semester. Top recruiters include Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC, McKinsey, BCG, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs. The highest package often exceeds INR 30 LPA, with an average around INR 9-10 LPA. Over 95% of students secure placements. Post-degree, I plan to leverage these opportunities or explore entrepreneurship.

SRCC- A Dream which is good from outside only

The environment of clg is so competitive and make you to push towards better future
Good library and sports complex with global facilities
Have a tutorial block for handling doubts which are not clear in class lecture

Dislikes

The student fell competition to each other which makes them toxic
The management is also not good. The clg have a application called Smartprof SRCC which is not working almost all semester
The society are self oriented and always prefer reference people to get into it. Mainly such as placement cell an Enactus

Placement Experience:

The college have a placement cell is which is quite awesome. The average package to be offered here is 10-15 lpa with a highest package offer this year is 45 lakh. The placement is not easy and every student didn't get but about 80 percent is able to convert the opportunity into a successful

Faculty - The professors are very approachable and friendly. Alongside studies they are also good mentors.
Peers - A very competitive and pushing peer relationship.
Society -SRCC has a lot of societies which are very engaging and good place to meet people .

Academic focused - The college tends to give extra curricular very less attention.
Small campus - Not a lot of interesting things in college.

Students sit for internships in the end of second year. The highest and average package offered during SRCC placements 2024 stood at INR 35 LPA and INR 12.73 LPA, respectively. Further, the highest and average stipend offered during SRCC internships 2024 stood at INR 88,120 per month and INR 3,67,000 per month, respectively. More than 500 offers were made by popular recruiters during placements 2023. Major recruiters participated in the process which includes Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. 44 recruiters.

India’s best commerce college

Infrastructure in SRCC is probably the best in entire DU and is at par with many private colleges that take lakhs of fees for the same course. All the classrooms are well equipped with centralised air conditioning and projectors for smart classes.
The library is probably the best in entire DU. In every class you will find wifi connectivity.
Th faculty is well qualified, experienced and not only focus in theory but also on practical aspects.

Dislikes

The food quality at canteens needs to be improved.
Second i don't like the strictness regarding attendance. Like this time they didn’t even allow the students with low attendance to take one of the end semester exams.

Placement Experience:

For placements there is not particular eligibility criteria, that you need to fulfil. Many companies visit srcc and are categorised into different tiers depending upon the packages offered by them. Sometimes teh company offering job decides a particular eligibility criteria like scoring certain minimum cgpa in your course or scoring certain minimum marks in one or two particular subjects.
