VIIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are good for Computer, IT and ENTC branch. But this year one of my senior from the mechanical branch itself got placed in an IT company. The average package is 3L. other than that internships are also provided by the college for additional knowledge.

We have campus placements from the fourth year, we have to do a compulsory internship in the fourth year for 6 months. Various companies like Forbes Marshal, John Deere, Atlas Copco come to our campus. The highest package was 14Lpa.

As it is one of the reputed institutes in the state many companies come for recruitment. 5 lpa is avg package for every branch and from last 3 years its a 100% placement is there. im planning for further studies like GATE for doing M.tech

From 7th sem student is eligible for campus placement. Dassault system, Etc Highest package is 23 lakh per annum Minimum of 70 % is required for the job to be eligible. To do the job with a maximum salary.

In the academic year 2019-20, 295 students are placed with an average package of 6.5 lakh. 115 different companies are visited campus for placement activity. this year one student from the computer department has got the highest package of 24.2 lacks and 79 students from 295 have got their dream package. means about 22% of students are placed from in-campus placement drive. Avaya, tata, john deere, atlas Copco, HSBC are major recruiters. As I am a mechanical engineering student, I am trying to get a job in the government sector through competitive exams.

6th semester, almost every company in India visited our campus including Google, Nvidia, Infosys, credit Suisse, TCS The highest package was 19.5 lakh and the average is 6 lakh. 80%-90% get placed who sat foe placement.

It is amongst the best colleges in Pune for Engineering. VIIT has a very good placement percentage of 80% for computer engineers. For Admission process your CET score is counted. It is a online process if you CET score is met then you can get this college. The main reason for selecting this college is as this institution has a very reputated name in Pune and about the fees are reasonable compared to other colleges. Now coming towards the bad aspects there are not many bad aspects, I only think that the campus is not so huge.

Almost all the students grab job's from campus placements except fir those who opt for higher studies.

The reason for choosing this college was placements. Viit provides very good placements. Companies like Accenture wipro Cognizant TCS take campus interviews regularly. Student get average package around 4 to 6 lakhs. Teachers are well trained and helps you throughout the curriculum and also after it ends. Labs are well equipped. Infrastructure is also great. Each department has its own building. Every year college hosts annual gathering called gandharva. College also encourages students to take participation in various extracurricular activities. College has its own cell for entrepreneurship development. Also for competitions like robocon, supra college has individual teams and labs to work on them. Overall experience is great
