To get into the college, students must pass the 2nd PU board exam and perform well in the CET entrance exam. The process includes online college selection and document verification. Once admitted, a fee of 45,000 INR is paid to the KEA board, and 25,000 INR is paid to the college. The faculty is approachable, and each semester has three internal and one external exam. About 15% of students fail the finals.
Fees are structured for services like examinations and document issuance. UG and PG students have different examination fees, with additional charges for arrear exams, revaluation, and document-related services. The overall tuition fee is 61,000 INR, deemed expensive. Placement rates vary, with a maximum salary package of 8 lakh INR and an average placement rate of 25%, as 200 out of 800 students secure jobs. Some departments have nearly 100% placement, but generally, there is room for improvement.
While the college provides limited internships, students can independently seek opportunities. Management students in the Electrical department pay about 1.7 lakh annually, while merit students pay less. Scholarships are available through the college office.
