Review of CMR ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Likes

Main thing in our college I liked about placements out tpo sir tries hard to get more companies to our college that help to get opportunity for us
And there is equal number of girls and boy in our class and everyone studies well
Every professor is so supportive they will explain very good manner

Dislikes

There is no support towards sports actually I want to play cricket to our college but there is no proper support from the college
And the canteen should be developed more like increasing the items of the menu
And the behaviour of security gaurds are worse they don't behave like securities

Course Curriculum Overview:

In final year for placement they taught us about python Java from smart interviews they did there best to teach us and those classes is only for who appear for interviews they explain with live coding in labs

Likes

I liked the environment of library were we can be peaceful.
The way of encouragement from the management to attend activities in and out of college
The placements and support from the training and placement section

Dislikes

The practical knowledge will not be get more
If we well prepared for learning our own then only the btech purpose utilise fully
The way of interaction with students and faculty will be vary from department to department and may rules also different

Placement Experience:

The placements were going well ,the batch 2025 passouts above 75% placed in varies companies.Minimum package from 3.5lpa to 37lpa From our batches recently 2 students placed at Siemens for 20lpa with 40k stipend.

Faculty are very good and friendly with us
Sports are prefered very well for every one
Every student gets a chance to show case there talent

Placement Experience:

Placements are definitely there . You will get placement training from the first itself have to keep up with there pace to be able to understand everything. They will provide you with chances but we have to utilise them .

Likes

Good faculties who teach us well and explain
Good friend circle near us and teachers are also friendly
Good hostel felicity like wifi good food

Dislikes

It is very far from our house and the buses are not so comfortable
If we are present to college they mark as absent some times
Some teachers are slightly rude towards students

I like my course of cse department why because its is the starting stage of btech and in this we can learn so many subjects like bee , maths, caeg and all other subjects and in this btech course there is english subject which helps us to encourage each other

CMREC BEST FOR COLLEGE LIFE

Likes

Friendly faculty and importantly ragging free campus for a reason advanced teaching technology
Actively provided the cultural events and sports which helps to boost the physical health
The girls boys ratio of the college is 1:2 and the placement chances are too good for the campus

Dislikes

Honestly there is nothing to say that i don't like this particular one but yeah i need to say that the sports should be increased
Canteen should be even big so that its is a bit difficult while lunch
They should be more specific and careful while minor and major projects

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year only we are allowed for placements no particular count but almost 80% of members are placed in the better companies and persuing there jobs the highest package is 40 lakhs 80% of students placed After getting degree i have to do a job in good software company

I liked the faculty and the infrastructure
The environment and surroundings are very good around the campus
Teaching method is good they are well qualified

Placement Experience:

In 6th semester students will get eligible for campus placements . Companies that vusted are microsoft , wipro , amazon, tcs etc .... Highest package is 28 lpa and average package is 12 lpa. Minimum 80 percent is required for placements

Hostel Facilities, placements and Everything in Between

This campus is ragging. Anti-ragging clubs will provide strict rules to follow. where student are treated very well and good .
in this college infrastructure is very good.
it is a student friendly campus good student and teacher interaction.

Dislikes

Hostel food. fees of hostel cost too much but it is not worthy for the money we spent.in the case of campus hostel food it is very difficult for the student to survive in the campus hostel eating that food .
this will provide low social media interactions.
placement students count can be increased. and can be made better.

Placement Experience:

The placement at my coolege are quite strong,with students becoming eligible for campus placements starting from the 5th semister.Several renowned companies,including TCS,cognizent ,Infosis, Wipro,and Accenture,visit the campus,offering roles in sofetware developments,data analysis,and business consulting.

Likes

good infrastructure and modern facilities and strong placement support.
Experienced faculty and example based teaching
Focuses on practical learning and industry exposure

Dislikes

popular colleges may feel crowded and heavy.
Strict rules : Sometimes restrictive policies
High pressure : High academic and placement focus.

Placement Experience:

CMR college has huge placements every year. Almost every student gets placed in one or other company. The average package is 4LPA. If there is no placement then the management will help the students for higher studies.

I think we have the best placements in our range colleges and in case of placements we will definitely up to the nits and IITs placements are good and TPO sir is very good he make sures every one to get their best.

The curriculum is not so old it is based on the current industry only we can learn the company things in the curriculum.We can learn language like c++, python,Java through this curriculum along with Data structure and algorithms also
