Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum at CMR college is fairly comprehensive and moderately relevant to current industry standards. I would rate it 8/10. Aspects influencing my decision: The inclusion of practical labs, project based learning.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies like accenture, capgemini, tech mahindra, wiproetc visited our college. The offer an average package of 4LPA and max of 20LPA. And we also got FAANG companies like microsoft and google.

Placement Experience

CMR college has huge placements every year. Almost every student gets placed in one or other company. The average package is 4LPA. If there is no placement then the management will help the students for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

At CMR Engineering college the annual fee structure for the B.tech program is 75000 rs. Tuition fees is 2000, caution deposit is 5000, and for students admitted under management quota may pay upto 90000.

Campus Life

In CMR college there are many clubs like AI club, photography club, displine club etc. We have modern infrastucture. The clubs make our student life more happier. It also increases our potential in seeing things.

Admission

I chose this college because it has high standards and well teaching faculty members and the college is near to my home. Compared to other colleges CMR has huge grounds and big placement support. And the admission process is not that hectic.

Faculty

The faculty members at CMR college are generally well qualified and experienced, with a focus on both theoritical and practical learning. the ratio is reasonable. I particularly liked mahesh sir because of their engaging teaching style.

Night Life

I think the stargazing is very interesting in the college campus. And the view from the top of the building is unforgettable. And the gym is one of the place which will be remebered throughout my life.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Only 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements Name of companies are infosys, concentrix, foundever, teleperfomance, Sutherland,uts etc in that only few members got opportunity to join in that companies. Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program,data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual,lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself.In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

The actual truth about MLRITM.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is not upto the mark because the number of students being placed is decreasing every year. The students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester of the college. Many companies have visited the college for the placement drives but they have very less recruitments compared to the other colleges. The highest package of my college is around 8lpa whereas the average package is around 3.5lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is even less than 10% which I think is very poor and something needs to be done for this. I'm planning to get a job off campus if I don't get recruited on the campus.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester itself students are eligible for placement drives if they pay for the placement training classes , internship drives start from 5th semester and training classes go on for students every week , from 7th semester drives on different job roles start and the placed percentage of students right now is about 30 to 40 percent and drives are still going on but correct training and correct opportunities more needs to be provided

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college are very satisfying with a minimal package of 4lpa and average is around 5.5 lpa and the highest turns around 15lpa and almost 80% of the students got placed last year and the companies like cognizant, HCL, Capgemini and the top recruiters every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

Why to choose CMR and what to look in CMR

The admission process was quite simple cause I took admission in the management quota so the admission process for me was quite simple and didn't had to go through long procedures for it and the Eligibility for the course was 60% and above in 12th standard and all the original documents need to be submitted while filling the admission form and the admission form is available by the admin office and and to book the seat there in the college I had to pay 1000 for the form and 20000 for the admission fees and this was concluded in the actual college fees and the application dates for the college starts during every year in the month of May and goes on till June and July for the counselling seats and for the management seats the process is very simple and easy....Read More
