Remarks
CMR college of engineering takes TS EAMCET OR AP EAMCET as an entrance exam.. the minimum score for any student in EAMCET is 70% or above to get admission to this college. The better you score the better is your fee.
Course Curriculum Overview
Better not to say about the faculty, not all but some the faculty was not that much we expected. In my course ( cse artificial intelligence) the faculty isn't supported me for me to give my best. But I really appreciate the lab faculty and college for maintaining labs as Perfect as they can.. good Internet connection.. really appreciated it
Internships Opportunities
It is very easy with the college when we apply for internships. There are so many companies that offer internships which is the highest level of thing that any college can do for a student. Getting an internship with any company will change students' carrier to the next level in that we have to thank cmr college. From our branch, almost every student got placed in Many companies. A maximum of students got their internship in the third year, which is very useful to them. Some students placed in more than three companies also.
Placement Experience
In my course nearly 70-80 % of students got placements in companies. some good students got placements in very good companies like Infosys, IBM etc. and remaining people got placements in small companies. The average package is about 2.8 LPA and few people got a maximum package like 12-18 LPA. my plan after getting a degree is to study abroad
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of studying in cmr college of engineering is not much high but affordable to any middleclass family. I think it's the best option for an middle class student who aims to complete BTech and getting a job in the best company. I GOT a scholarship worth 20,000 as my score in eamcet 10th and inter-are very good. I myself got the best opportunity in good company As my aim is to study abroad..it was an experience and also useful to get jobs in us ,canda etc..
Campus Life
Some programs like annual day, some other fest's are regularly conducted in our college and for many students, it's like a festival.. we enjoy a lot during fest's . For me library is the best place on the campus. Everything about your selected course will be available in the library (simply "best") Every college have something special about sports in their college like that CMR was special in cricket It has its own cricket stadium which plays a key role in removing stress for students. there are many groups like..cricket teams etc some gangs are also maintained by students which are very very common in every college
Hostel Facilities
Every room contains 3 members. The room is very good, clean, well maintained overall good Somewhat ok but food is not much better than we expected which is also very common in every college. No more special in registration process most common way like in every other college
