Government Engineering College Rajkot Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Fron semester 6 student become eligible for campus placement. I don't have exactly name of the company but there are 25 company. I haven't visited single company because of i am in 5th semester. There are highest package of 12LPA and average package of 2 LPA . There are 95% student placed . My plans after graduation is to join defence.

I am in 1st year so I am not the student who has attended placements. Students become eligible after 6th or 7th sem. Highest package is 7.5lpa and avg package is 3.5 lpa. I think almost 90 percent students getting placement but who wants to study further they are not taking placement. As of now According to my information.

The on campus placement is provided by the college. The IT companies paying from 4LPA to 8LPA visit in the college. The campus placements starts in the 6th semester. The company visited are TATVSOFT,GATEWAY GROUP OF COMPANY,TARK TECHNOLOGY etc. The percentage of students getting placed are around 80%.

I chose this course because there are a lot of jobs in the IT field. There are about 100 faculty members and 2000 students. The faculties are well qualified and have very good teaching methods. There is about an internal exam every month. They're easy to pass as compared to the university exams.

I chose this course cause it is a very demanding course and I have quite an interest in computers I like computers. In this college, the faculty is very good and genuine. They help me a lot They give us good guidance.

I wanted to improve my technical skills and I was influenced by my elder brother. Ed or Diploma in Elementary Education degree from any recognized college or university. Students after completing their graduation are then eligible to pursue B. Ed courses. The CTET or TET exam are the two major entrance exams that must be completed by the applicants aspiring to become government teachers. class participation, demonstration, recitation, memorization, or combinations of these. Faculty will be completing the course before the term ends. GTU exam is not difficult preparing a good manner

Our college placement is very nice. Student placement start after students completed his/her 6th semester. The highest package of placement is approx. 11-12 lakhs. And the average package is 4-5 lakhs. 105 students are placed from 150 students. The percentage of placement is approx 75-80%. My plans after getting the degree are to do a job in tcs and infy company. TCS, Wipro, Infy, etc. company visited for the placements.

I am in a computer engineering course, the faculties are also good and the ratio of professors-students is 10:150, it is also good and according to the requirement. Also, the professors are very good and interactive with students, teaching methods are good, and there are mainly two types of exams, one is mid sem, and another is end sem exam it is conducted at Gujarat Technical University, the exam is easy to pass.

The course curriculum is too good and faculty members are so humble and calm, they give instant responses to your doubts. I choose mechanical engineering because one of the reasons is my interest, I love machines, how they work, etc. And 2nd reason is Rajkot city is the hub of mechanical engineering in Gujarat so you got easily job. Especially in mechanical engineering, there are 90 seats available and all are filled. The student ratio in mechanical engineering is almost 100% boys. Teaching is so nice, and also every lab is available with the latest machine and other equipment so that you can also learn with a practical approach. The exam is not too difficult

The placement started offering when u reached in 6th sem. Almost every student in this department got placed every year cause many companies are visiting our college. The highest package once given is 7.2lakh and the lowest 3.8 lakh.
