Most faculty were friendly to the students, only the management is the issue in this college. Still they are having ancient syllabus which is very old. They conduct 3 internals out of it top 2 was taken into consideration. Then they conduct external for 100 marks.

Faculty:

The relationship between faculties and students are incredibly close knit. They help with a lot of problems (my department atleast) and they provide us with leeway when it comes to submissions. The anti ragging and anti disciplinary committees however have an extremely harmful way of running things and they don't follow the required procedure to conduct inquiries

The faculties to students ratio is 90:10. The teaching method is good. They were using ppt and pratical classes to understand the lessons so easily. If any doubt means staff will teach in person so there is no fear among our staff

The faculty members are well qualified each an expertise in their own subject , where they are improving by doing reasearch works in their subject. They keep the students updated with informations and guide them through the course duration. We have 3 Internal Exam and 1semester exam , out of the 3 the marks of two internal tests are considered for final semester exam. The 2 internal exam is based on creative assignment and projects which helps the weak students to secure good marks .

Faculty:

we have enough faculty for the 7000 students in our college, but still, the issue is with the attitude and behaviour, and thought process of our faculty that pisses me off, they are so old-fashioned and backward thinking, but they do know how to teach for sure ,and are well educated in that particular subject, almost industry experts to be honest ,but just like the college the faculty is also stuck in the past ,which isnt great for students living in 2024.

The faculty-to-student ratio in MCC is really great.Like we can anytime ask help/guidance from our faculties and they are always willing to help us.they have created an environment in which we can ask any doubts to them. Chemistry department has great and experienced faculties.????????There are three internal exams out of which the second internal is completely an innovative one where a student need not write an exam in a answer sheet. And after 6 months there is a semester exam
