MCC BBA : An overview - Inside and Outside

MCC has an amazing environment with several species of flora and fauna. It is not like all other colleges in Chennai, MCC conducts a lot of events and culturals regularly. Attendance is 75% unlike other colleges asking for 85%. Overall liberal.
There is no strict dress code can dress as we like.

Dislikes

MCC is around 200 years old and the buildings are old too. Infrastructure can be improved.
The Hall system rather than hostels for both boys and girls are not good.

Campus Life:

There are so many extra curricular activities at MCC and also in the department. At MCC, we have so many groups like Scrub Society, NCC and NSS. There are wide opportunities in sports. Frequent matches take place inter hall and inter departmental and even inter college. College auditions and other cultural events and deepwoods ( Asia's first annual day) do take place. Within the department, there are so many clubs like quiz club, debate club, magna theatre and many more.

They have the best faculty. They are really experienced in their field
When we talk about MCC we cannot forget about there campus it's a huge campus which is a man-made forest

Dislikes

Campus Life:

They conduct lots and lots of events mainly the Asia's first open culturals which is DEEPWOODS conducted in the month of March and Moonshadow , Pongal celebration, onam celebration, . And about their library it's really a vast library they literally have everything we can refer the book students have lots of space in the library to sit and rest at peace. The classroom are best there is a good ventilation a nice environment they use projectors which makes the classroom a smart classroom. They conduct lots of tournament and matches within the departments and even intra department sports meets. They even have NSS, NCC scout, naval wing , and everything they keep the students very interacted

Life at MCC

The college infrastructure was really good which gives you pleasent mindset for students.
The college life of students was really good that they enjoy their college life to the core.

Dislikes

The college canteen prices are reasonable but the quality of the food is not upto the mark.
It's is casual that some the faculties are bad at teaching and in class participation.

Campus Life:

MCC started the first open college cultural event in Asia called Deepwoods which is held in the month of February. Also MCC has several cultural events during the course period and has several clubs for students to explore and show their talents. MCC has a huge library which has lots of books and easy to get books. MCC conducts frequent sports events for the students who are interested in sports and helps them to get better opportunities.

MCC is a place where you can find everything and meet all kinds of people. It has a beautiful campus.
The beauty of MCC is, you will find all types of people here, and you can carve a niche for yourself. It gives you a certain amount of liberty for that.

Dislikes

Except for the 2 new halls, the infrastructure of the other 4 halls is in very bad condition For internal examinations
Certain subject will be tough to clear such as Labour Law subject If you are not in hostel there will be a huge chance for getting bored in college.

Campus Life:

Campus life is for me is not bad. And the events in MCC college are getting bored because of new Principal. He is not allowing the main event of our Mcc college which is deepwoods pro shows.And several Hall main events are not having pro shows because of our new principal.

The best thing about the college is its lush green campus. MCC is fondly called as Heaven on Earth by its students and Alumni.
The college also has flexible timings of class that is divided into two shifts for aided and self financing courses.

Dislikes

The cultural activities and programmes of the college is dimnishing year by year.
The college can be strict with attendence issues.

Campus Life:

The key highlight of the college is itsamazing green campus which is actually a scrub forest.There are a number of cultural activities andfests including the College fest titled Deepqoods. The college library is quite huge and contains a lot of books, journals and access to e books and e journals of various sections and fields. Classrooms are adept to latest e teaching techniques.The students are offered a pleithra of opportunities in co curricular activities . Clubs such as Scrub Society, Wildflife Conservation Club etc actively perform in conserving the green campus.

LIFE IN MCC COLLEGE

I like the campus because of its green environment and it gives the students a sense of freshness with good moral values (in the sense that wildlife here are being not harmed) with that being said all the faculties has been really good and positive.
Most of the professors are Christians so I feel at home and safe. Not that I am looking down on any other religions but having the same religion people with you is a bonus so I really appreciate it. And their teaching has been excellent (top notch )

Campus Life:

I would fist talk about the festival and hal events, so we have utsav that is basically a traditional festival and smaller events conducted in the halls . Then comes the hall meet which is the biggest hall events and many people especially the sports person would turn up for the events would put their best in the games . I myself is also involved in a lot of the event and my campua life has been nothing short of ordinary.i love the people here and I must say the malu here are superb you cannot get enough of them , their eyes and lips are different compared to the Tamil girls and they stood their ground while talking with them. I have not been reall close to them but all I can say is that people would be thrilled to learn more about MCC

The campus is extravagant and full of life, your sems will go by attending events and seminars.
The faculty is also quite good. The name and the Prestige MCC holds is quite notable.

Dislikes

Campus Life:

As mentioned MCC is full of life and events, a single day doesn't go were no event is happening in some or the other departments. DeepWoods is teh college fest which one craves for, other than hall events are there. There are NCC, NSS and other clubs too. The library is one the most vast and enormous libraries you can find.

The campus is very nice. I fell in love with the atmosphere, there deers and peacock in our campus and it has a forest cover, the campus is of 300 acres.

Less placement opportunities in geography department
Some faculty members are not good but students can't do anything about them.
