PSG Tech Coimbatore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I would rate the course curriculum at psg tech as very good 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness . The curriculum is designed to cover both theoretical and practical applications and it includes theory, mini projects for each semester ending and lab session

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. I opted out most of the company because I know i can't get selected still no offers made,well for automobile highest package is 10lpa and lowest is 3lpa

Main college providing a good placements and the placement cell offers me at 2 6 months internships which gives me a good placement and helps in my placement from the 9th semester onwards students at eligible for campus placements and the companies visited to my campus of some of my seniors are placed in TCS deloit Amazon Microsoft et cetera in the percentage of the students getting placements we should be greater than 8 to 8.5 CGPA in my plans after getting the degree to get be placed in a good company

Actually from 7th and 10th semesters they will be two internship program speech of 6 months where you can apply for internships also preach course in MSC they have different average placement as of MSc department they have an median placement of 10 lakhs per annum.

There are 2 opportunities after completing this course 1. Placement. 2. Higher studies For placement your have to maintain cgpa more than 8.5 and the internships you do in 7th and 10th semester will be helpful to you very much the advantage of internship is very very useful every student must do their internship in 7th and 10th semester from this course based on your knowledge and skills you will be palced in good company so from day1 you have to work and keep working consistency matters For coming to higher studies after completing 5years integrated msc you have a good opportunity to do phd in good university in abroad for my course For placement to become a good data analyst For higher studies data scientist it is an good opportunity to become a data scientist this course is very helpful to become a data scientist

I chose this branch of engineering as it is a combination of both core engineering and software engineering The exams are conducted once 2 months and the internal exams are easy to moderate while the final exams may be difficult depending on our preparation

The curriculum is advanced and up-to-date The importance of core engineering and inclusion of software made me choose this branch of engineering The exams are conducted in a span of 6 months For 2 months once we have the exam

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester while we can start our internships during 3rd year. There are many companies visiting our college like caterpillar amazon google tata motors siemens etc. Around 60% are placed and many opted internships

Both core and software companies visit for campus placements. Core Companies: Caterpillar, Tata Motors, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Siemens, Hyundai Software/IT Companies: Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Zoho, Cognizant Roles Offered: Production Engineer Quality Analyst Data Analyst / ERP Support Average Package 3.5 – 5.5 LPA, with some roles going higher depending on skills and internships.

Placement is very good. In my class around 60 - 58 peoples are place in MNC ( combination of core companies and IT companies) remaining 2 persons not optin for placement. They have own plan to attend government exam. Wipro, CTS, goldman sangs, amazon, qualcom, texas instruments, teminos .... So on
