Faculty experience and facultys teaching is exceptional The fee structure is affordable compared to private institutions.
Lab facility is up-to-date with required lab equipments for practical learningThere’s a good balance between academics and extracurriculars.
The syllabus is updated and includes industry-relevant topics

Mess food could be better and interesting.

In my department all facilities are good hearted. All will speak Tamil and english during class. So it will useful for government students - who studied in government school in their high level of education.
In my campus life is so good. In my college days, one bridge is there. So we can easily go to hostel. Otherwise it will leads to accident. Because, my clg is there in main road.
All seniors are good soul. They will provide guidance and their notes. So we can easily attend lab exam and CA exams.

Dislikes

In my college, production department is very strict.
If we did any mistake related to girls or drug directly they will dismiss for min 6 months.

Internships Opportunities:

No. Internships not available as of my knowledge. We need to do intership in outside. But we can check with our mentors / facility they will help. Because, they know few small companies as well. We can do intership and we can learn. I think we can do intership related core in my own college.

Engineering at psg from the eyes of a 1st year student

Likes

The crowd is very fun and friendly, its easy to mingle with everyone
The hostel life is very enjoyable if you have good friends
involvement in sports and other activities are encouraged

Dislikes

mess food is mediocre at most of the days
Somedays the workload is a bit high but manageabe
Cultural events are a bit lackluster and mediocre

Internships Opportunities:

There are plenty of internship oppurtunities available for the students. Both research internships and technical internships are also there but its all up to the student to grab onto the oppurtunities offered

PSG College of Technology LIFE

Likes

Good infrastructure, and good hostel infrastructure l. Good place to study.
There is No restrictions for attendence. Min attendence should be 75 %. So we will study enjoyment.
Teaching is good, the students with basic knowledge about science and technology can easily adopt the environment of teaching in this college.

Dislikes

Hostel rooms are at 4th floor has only steps no lift for that.
Library books are kept yourself for only 14 days . You return within 14 days otherwise fine on extra days.
Correct of paper is a huge scam. There are many partialities on providing marks, but even it seen we can't question it.

Placement Experience:

Here Placement are very good. For CS and IT placement packages around 1 crore per annum are available. For mechanical it starting from 12 lakhs per annum. ECE and all 60 lakhs per annum. The requirements of the students is CGPA of 8 and above. PLACEMENT WELL HANDELED BY ACADEMY.

Likes

The campus is very beautiful, and clean.
Teachers are mostly friendly and helpful in project and internships.
Our college have various club activities and association, which is very useful.

Dislikes

Our college have very strict dress code for boys and girls
The sports facilities are very limited to few sports
They only focus on academics, not for various cultural activities

Internships Opportunities:

I have done 2 interships in my period, one I have done a 3month intership in a company named Ganga Assosiates and 2month intern in a company in Coimbatore named Thalir Automations. The college will help you get internship also.

The college environment is awesome and beautiful
The placement are good in this clg especially for IT companies
The faculties are very good and nice and there teaching is awesome

Dislikes

I doesn't like this environment because it doesn't meet my exceptation

There are many companies comes to our clg for the placement and compies like royal Enfield hundai ect.... And companies will get internship these students before placement a nd somee project definitely get them to place in good companies

There are lot of clubs that makes engagement with campus and social interaction.
The faculty is very good and they make their efforts for the students wish. They are also PhD degree staffs hence the lecture is really very excellent .
There are always hugs opportunities for placement provides in the college . College supports a lot of career advancement.

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike there are a lot of opportunities in the college

Internships Opportunities:

The students in 7th sem can apply for internship. There are a lot of high paid company which come for internship process. Under a huge amount of stipend process . Like kla, ibm, paypal, phonepaY, TCS, Google pay, etc... They also choose a bluk of people in count of 10. And some more. The projects are software Engineer, software developer etc... there are much more opportunities provided by the company.

Likes

The camo=pus life is really good with many social interactions
The teaching methods of teacher are really pratical oriented

Dislikes

for me there are no dislikes as my college is good in academics
They couldve laid a proper road facilty for students coming from hostel
The food quality can be improved by the hostel management
