REVIEW ON PSG COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY'S PLACEMENTS

In our college the amount of senior and junior interactions will be higher so that we are aware of all the things happening like placements, academics etc.,
All faculties in our college are very friendly and they will not get tired for clearing doubts.

Dislikes

There will be a pressure via deadlines to complete the project, i personally felt that, but it will be useful and make us work quicker.

Internships Opportunities:

there were many offers that were offered during our 3rd year which was around the 5th sem , intership offer was offered by companies like citi bank - 75000 pm , deshaw - 150000 pm, arista - 75000 pm, morgan stanley - 87000 pm, arcesium - 125000 pm, SAP - 35000 pm, walmart - 100000 pm, dover - 25000 pm, GE healthcare - 35000 pm and many more. projects played a mojor role in getting a good space in placements. the projects were more related to Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and DBMS, the projects were like TetisxDino game that was made using front end module such as javascript, html and css also there were many projects that explored more on machine learning.

Overview of a Prestigious Institution

Lab facilities in our college is great compared to the other colleges and each department have seperate labs.
There will be more inter college events and social interaction events conducted monthly.

Our college is mostly study and placement focussed, so the enjoyment will be lesser compared to other colleges. If you wish for better carrer this will be a best place.
The infrastructure of our college can be improvised more.

From 5 th semester a student is eligible to attend summer internship drives. Around 25 companies visited our college for software internship roles. Companies like D.E. shaw - 150000 PM , Arcesium - 125000 PM, Citi Bank - 75000 PM, SAP Labs - 35000 PM, Arista - 75000 PM, Morgan Stanley - 85000 PM, Fidelity - 35000 PM, BNY Mellon - 75000 PM, Intuit - 100000 PM and more visited our college for summer internship and most of them gave full time conversion too. Project plays importatnt role in placements, in my view it helped me to get placed. I did projects in machine learning, deep learning and Full stack development. Once you do a project, know about it entirely from scratch even it is a team project.

The diversity and the qualtiyt of students who join will be high
the curriculum will be good and every student get equal oppourtunity to do stuffs

The infrastruture is not that great comparing other colleges
The Staffs Quality wontbe that good as many lack the ability to come along with the students.

Companies like DE shawe, Arcesium, SAP, Arista, Trilogy Innovations visit only for summer internships ,with stipends ranging from 35000 to 1.5 lakhs rupees per month ,and they convert the students who undertake internship. The roles are software developer, technmology analyst, Associate developer and full stack developer. Students need to do some good projects and maintain a good resume to get into further rounds in the interview. Based on our skills Company could offer us an oppournity to do internship. I did my internship at SAP for two months as a associate developer

An Enthusiastic Fresher’s obsevation about his college

Mostly everything in my college is perfect regarding studies all the infrastucture is good . Faculty is amazing and they are friendly too .
In this college we have good technology . Our canteen is the cheap and best providing one and there is also a stationery store inside the campus itself

Apart from the studies and other things there are no cultural and events in my college
In my college the attendance is mandatory

Coming to the internship opportunities as I am a first year student I don't know much about them . But I heard form my seniors that the college provides so many good Interships in a lot of industries. Students can be involved in many projects and improve their skill and way of thinking.

Intership for student is available from the start of 3rd and year. Sometime internship is available for students early in the college and they have various companies to join. They internship come with job for students after graduation.

Story of a beginning

The first thing i like in my college is they are giving freedome to students in the campus.
Then their education system was very good and Infrastructure of our college was very good.

Hostel food was sometime not good qnd they are following same menue for 2 to 3 months
Hostel maintenance was not good for the fees they were collecting from us

Placement Experience:

I am now studing second year , and i have not much idea about placements and companies. My seniors advised me to study have above 8 cgpa. Now i have 7.6 cgpa . On my upcoming semester i have to improve my cgpa and knowledge about companies.

My college review

I like they give free time for us and college timetable we have most free periods in first year and then they is restriction of hair styles . And then we have the end number of books in library in our college.
In our college they gives more importantance to sports as well as studies an then we have tech music program for every month it will remove our stress in studies .facults are very experienced in their teachings.

We study civil dep for civil dep there is low placement percentage was very low.age
In our department staffs were very strict .

I our college companies are HCL,ashok leyland,etc... we have to apply for the intership in our favorite companies.we have to work in the companies for 6months with the stipend.after the completion of intership they give the certificate and set as waiting list in the employe waiting list.

A Glimpse About PSGCT.

Good infrastructure and the environment is good.
Climate and weather are really good.Not too hot.

Only 2 to 3 cultural are conducted by the college in a year.
Everything is online based including Appling for a leave.

The college provide internship in 1 year itself. The only thing the students want to do is to approach the faculty tegaarding internship. Special credits are also given to the students who do internship in the summer holidays.

We love psg

First I love my college facilities, infrastructure. Class rooms are very neat.
Our college have very experience faculty. Faculties are very talent and intelligent people.

Everything is like. No dislike is there. Because our college is very good in manner so we don't have any other queries.

Many internship companies are come to our college. Like city bank, sab lab, texas instrument, google, asian paintt, byt melon and many more companies. All the company's have high packages and they give many task and tounds to select the students.

PSG the name says it all

The faculties teach the course very well
Immense Opportunities for learning and developing skills

The dress code is pretty strict for girls
The girls hostel timings are bad . Girls should be in before 6.30 . So taking outside classes can be complicated
