PSG Tech Coimbatore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements here are above average according to me, The condition of the market is really bad especially for core jobs, but still students are getting placed for top packages (12+LPA). Even if you dont get placed you will get exposed to several oppurtinities for higher studies .

Here Placement are very good. For CS and IT placement packages around 1 crore per annum are available. For mechanical it starting from 12 lakhs per annum. ECE and all 60 lakhs per annum. The requirements of the students is CGPA of 8 and above. PLACEMENT WELL HANDELED BY ACADEMY.

The college placement cell is very helpful and active though out the final year, They will try their best to get you placed. Many companies will come for placements, On average totally 50% got placed till now. The average package is 6LPA.

Placement of the clg very good and the minimum package is 6 LAKHs PER ANNUM and as in last year they get the placement but each companies placement criteria may vary and last sem the go to internship respective companies they got placed

There are lot of opportunities for placenta and high paid compines come for placenta like TCS, kla, Goldman Sachs, Infosys, phonepaY, Google pay etc.. Students are 10th sem is eligible for placement Highest package 56lpa Avg pack 14 lpa Mostly 100%get placed To place in high paid company

Yearly fees for 1 st year is 83000 all charges will be added on above fees for sc and st students have extra discounts in fees for management that have been fixed by college varies from year to year for merit students they have loan options and scholarship like state and central which is provided by government for merit students for management there is no scholarship Iam an merit student I didn't discuss with anyone for joining this course and college there is not bad aspects about this college good aspect are freedom admission process is very simple it takes only 2 hours for me it varies for others based on their time line there is no interview for the merit students only their cutoff percentage will be considered I was actually interested in automation I like machines very much I choose on my own wish all staff were PhD holders and has 15 + years experience and good trained the teaching method is easy and technical by ppts explanation there is only 2 internals exam follows next semester nothing is difficulty in exams There is 2 Tech events by college in that one is intercollage event known as shristi in starting of academic class months like September October we has separate building for library there is lakhs of books in 4 floors and class atmosphere is very good they give very importance for sports and we conduct many sports events in college there are 20 + clubs run by students There is separate hostel for boys and girls the quality of food is not much good the only thing is we need to eat because we have paid mess fees the menu was different but there is no taste it takes only 30 minutes to register and there is three classes of rooms 96000 1,32,000 1,13,000 based on your wish room will be allocated There must be cgpa above 6.5 and no standing arrears there are many visitors I didn't know about that iam pursuing 2 nd year upcoming years I will know about that the package for top courses is 52 lakh per annum and min 6 lpa about 80 % getting placed I goi

Curriculum is modified every four years. So it always remains relatable to the industry needs. Teaching methods are very conventional but teachers are well versed in their domain. Exams are structured in such a way that failing is your choice. And we have tests every month.

From the prefinal semester students are eligible for placement, they should not have any standing arrears on the prefinal semester to attend the placement, Almost 150 companies visited during the prefinal semester and for 100 companies are yet to visit, almost every student who opt in for placement will get placed. In the college itself we have an industrial exposure where they manufacture pumps, lathe and foundry department, where the students get to know the industrial exposure how the real industry works in their college itself, where we get to understand the whole concept of how the o,wn equipment manufacturers work, The difficulty level of exams are Medium to Expert level questions they follow the Blooms Taxonomy level questions

Students are eligible for summer internships starting from 5th semester. And from 7th semester, students are eligible for Full Time Employment oppurtunities. Companies visited: Google - 30+ LPA Amazon - 20+ LPA Morgan Stanley - 20+ LPA SAP - 20+ LPA Nutanix - 50+ LPA DE Shaw - 60+ LPA Visa - 20+ LPA In 2024, Nutanix and DE Shaw offered has highest packages for Software developer role, and average package per company will be around 20+ LPA for those companies. Till October 2024, 50% of my classmates got placed. I got placed in MNC so after my degree I will pursue my employment career in that MNC.
