Course Curriculum Overview

This course is an integrated course where we complete post graduate by five years. I chose this course because of my interest in computer science and mathematics. I would ask only those who are interested in both to choose this course as most of the subjects require knowledge in them both.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The odd semester fees are around 55-60k and the even semester fees are around 75-80k. Considering other colleges this is a bit expensive but since psg assures you 100% placement it is okay that they charge us more.

Campus Life

There are various clubs in PSG. Students can join any club of their interest and either contribute or learn something from the club activities. The clubs also organize a cultural event once in a while. These clubs really helps the students to relieve some stress.

Admission

PSG assures you with 100% placement. Also the other colleges does not have the infrastructure and good faculties as in PSG. This gives the students an advantage when it comes to being placed in a company.

Faculty

We have two internal exams prior to the semester exams. The internal exams are conducted for 40 marks and semester exams are conducted for 100 marks. The internal marks also include tutorial as well as assignment presentation.

Night Life

The parking is always open and students can park their vehicle anytime they want. The campus is closed at night. The hostel students are not allowed to roam all night. However, the boys hostel warden doesn't mind boys roaming around at night.

Degree with a dose of life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course covers the basic of the subjects and we have not gained advanced knowledge. Although well prepared, it was difficult to attend the entrance exam in other institution. Practicals are less than theory. So the course should give more deep knowledge about the subjects and also practical knowledge.

Placement Experience:

By 5 th semester (3rd yr) the students are eligible for placement but from 1 st year there will be placement class regarding aptitude, interview knowledge etc. currently any degree students are the placements we have like not specifically we have regarding psychology only few companies that comes for placement in ug . My plan is to do pg after degree.

I choose this course because I liked the Categories offered in the course which I will be learning for my career growth. Actually, you get eligible for campus placement by the end of 6th semester many companies like Amazon, Infosys, Google, TCS, HCL and many more companies visited our campus during a campus interview where many students got placed in very good companies the highest package give to a student is 150000 for a beginner and somewhat 70 percentage students got placed.

I choice this college ( PSG College of Technology) for its, environment near covai. It is well known in tamil nadu. My brother in law has suggested me. Now better about PSG

This is a prestigious college in India and we could get into the college through TNEA councelling which is conducted be tamilnadu government. The ranking is calculated based on our 12th grade scores of subjects Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I didnt apply to anyother colleges . I applied many colleges like anna university, bit, act, cit, mit etc.. But i give first preference for psg. In Tamilnadu psg is the top most college in coimbatore for study amd placements.
