The college is good, studies are also good
Teaches are well qualified and they have good skills

College campus is bit small compared to other colleges
There is no spots facilities available for us.

Admission:

I applied to various colleges and this was the best among them. I didn't faced any rejections from any of the colleges I applied in. The admission process was simple there was a GD PI round after taking into consideration your CAT or Cmat scores.

Hastle free process and are active when the students needs them
Active reply on WECare portal, wherein queries are solved within few hours on the same day except in special circumstances (they will call you for the same)
Excellent method for lectures, and the professors are amazing, they'll help you with clearing every possible doubt, even its online they won't leave you. I was sceptical about the same, however after attending lectures, I am assured for good

Admission:

It was because my brother had completed his PGDM from the same college and today his skills are good enough to land a pretty good job, and beyond that he has great skills like analysis, communication, technical knowledge, etc.

Application process was a challenging as cut offs during my time was high through cmat and their were 2 rounds one was preinterview questionnaire PIQ and another was personal interview which was conducted virtually due to covid now there is proper GAPI round offline for studnets and the process was seamless with no errors.

The college has strength of 750-800 so there is lot of competition for placements

I gave CET exam and the cut off for that in Cap round is around 99 percentile but you can get the admission in Vacant seat Cap round as well on 98.2 percentile. The cut off varies as per the exam. The details can be seen on google on official website of college

Likes

Faculties present in college are well qualified and extend guidance to students.
The intrastructure is fully equipped with all the necessary requiements.
Curriculum is well according to the corporate world.

Dislikes

Large batch size of 800 students which is huge in number.

Admission:

The minimum eligibilty criteria is minimum 50% in graduation. The application form is available on the website of welingkar and form costs around 3000 and the dates of filling the form is also mentioned on the website. The cutoff of various entrance exams is around 75% and above for admission in this college. The entrance exams which the college accepts are multiple like CAT,XAT,CMAT,etc and the level of difficulty of exams vary every year. The admission process consists of GD followed by PI.

Likes

The curriculum which is according to the corporate world
The faculties are well equipped in their area of knowledge and also well qualified.
The infrastructure is nice, fully air conditioned .

Dislikes

The lecture timing which is 2 hr for one lecture
The batch size which is huge that is around 800 students
Location of the college is in matunga which makes the living cost of the students higher as the area is an expensive place to live in

Admission:

To get admission in Welingkar College one must have minimum 50% in graduation. The college accepts multiple competitive exams score like CAT,XAT,CMAT,etc. The information related to college and admission criteria is mention on it's website. The admission process consists of GD followed by PI. General questions related toh one's education background is asked in PI and normal general knowledge topics for GD. The level of exams are average and little knowledge will do to clear the admission process. The process is conducted smoothly as they allot time slots to students.

Visiting faculties which come for the course, they provide us the realtime industry exposure.

Dislikes

The campus is not that good, which doesn't include any outdoor sports ground.

Admission:

Eligibility is that you have to be graduate and should have degree at the time of admission. Application form is made available on the the college website. Fees for application form was Rs. 2500. Admission forms are generally opened in 2 phases form October to January and From Feb to March. Reservation is not avaialable. As CAT or CMAT score is available so exams are conducted on yearly basis. Difficulty level of CAT is much higher than the CMAT Instead of only GD and interview, college can considering giving Case Studies or conducting any other case study
