- I like the discipline and the style of teaching of the faculty.
- The professors and mentors are friendly creating a supportive and learning environment in the campus.
- The society culture is very well developed, giving different opportunities to enhance your skills giving ample of platform to work on skill building.
Dislikes
- I see a bit disengagement on the part of the students as there is a lack of communication between the senior batches with the freshers.
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for campus placement at the end of either 3rd year or 4th year of the course. The placement process is long and big enough to land a good no. of students to jobs. Multinational companies like Bain and Co., McKenzie, EY and others come for placement. Also other than placement students opt for further studies in master's or PHD.

Placement Experience:
Students typically become eligible to register for campus placements in their 5th Semester (beginning of the 3rd year ). However, the Internship usually starts as early as the 3rd Semester (2nd year), allowing students to secure Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) before their final year even begins .For the 2024-25 cycle, the placement cell reported over 200+ offers from prestigious organizations.? Consulting & Research : McKinsey & Co., Boston Consulting Group (BCG) , Bain & Co., L.E.K. Consulting, and ZS Associates Finance & Banking: DE Shaw, Barclays, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and PwC?Tech & Others: Accenture Strategy, Zomato, Deloitte, EY, and United Airlines. Approximately 60–90% of the students from the Economics and Commerce departments who actively register for placements successfully secure an offer. while the number takes a drastic changd in field of science. My plan is get placements in bank.

- Being in hansraj campus always feels so refreshing. The open spaces , greenery and lively student vibe makes every day enjoyable, hansraj have been a second home to me , the campus gives a sense of comfort and belonging.
- I love the canteen culture at my college. With 5 different canteens , there's always something for every mood . They are not just food spots but places where friendships grow and memories are made for me .
- The sports facilities and gym help me stay active and refreshed. Whether it's playing on the field or working out , these spaces bring balance to college life beyond just academics
Dislikes
- That we are not allowed to enter to some gardens and green spaces in front of A block
Course Curriculum Overview:
As a athlete myself i always had a intrest in physical education as it defines key aspects of my career and my body so learning physical education was always in one of my interests the faculty for this is really encouraging and helps in whatever expects i need . Coming to philosophy it defines the way of life and how one should act or live in his or her life so as an athlete learning philosophy was nice aspect for me as it will tell the way how i should act and be in real life , the curriculum also helps me in real world applications the physical education helps me to learn about my body and how to take care of it and how to repair it if a injury happens coming to philosophy it makes me calm and helps in decision making , for me the curriculum is upto date just there once thing that I want to be done is that more practical experience in physical education especially. Per sem there are done 2 exams and there difficulty level is moderate.

- The college is hesitant in providing no-objection-certificates (NOCs) when it comes to internships.
- Curriculum is very outdated and additional papers are not relevant to our fields of study.
- Administrative work takes a lot of time and effort.

Placement Experience:
Students in the 3rd year onwards are eligible for placements. Organizations like Bain and Accenture Strategy have frequent intakes from the college with several students getting offers every year. The Placement and Internship cell play an important part in these placement drives.

Placement Experience:
Our college provides very good placements opportunities and the average package is 9 lakh per annum. Vey renowned companies such as Deloitte, EY, PWC, Bain and company etc. The placement opportunities are very vast if one is dedicated and consistent towards thier goals and have required skill set they can surle crack the opportunity provided by the college and can make full worth of thier potential.

- In general I really found my course faculty very good and they are very well equipped with knowledge.
- The seniors in the college are very good and helpful and Hansraj being one of the top colleges, the seniors are very well informed about everything in general.
- The exposure that I get from Hansraj College is exceeding my expectations. The placements from Hansraj College are very decent.
Dislikes
- The one thing I disliked about the college is that the campus size of Hansraj College is a bit small compared to other colleges.
Placement Experience:
The placements in the college are one of the bests in the Univeristy of Delhi. My course is a very professional course and I am eligible for placements in the college. We get many internships in the college and all of these attract the best of the bests in the finance and banking and other sectors like Consultancy like the Big Four for example.

- I like how there are a lot of facilities dedicated to internal research and development in the college itself. Surprisingly, we have a botany as well as a zoology museum in the premises itself.
- The absurdity of the college is one thing which really carries me along at my highs. A lot goes on at the same time in a tiny space when you consider the number of activities taking place.
- The availability of sports equipment, though sometimes they put restrictions over that.
Dislikes
- The rambunctiousness of the gestione is what really gets to me as its incompetence is the reason of turning that tiny space into a chaotic market at times when you don't want these kinds of things to happen.
Course Curriculum Overview:
In this era of corrosive politics which believes in the wake of wear and tear, I personally believe the utility of my subject is quite exemplary.The curriculum is not mine or any of my professor's decision.It changes according to the shifts in power.
The major focus of history honours' curriculum is just India, henceforth making it a viable option for people preparing for competitive exams,but somewhere,all of us studying the course know that the lack of interdisciplinarity and just focusing on its academic niche ingroups is necessary to be looked upon.
Exams happen on a biannual basis calling these phenomenon as the end of one semester,which happens twice in each academic year.

- GREAT INFRASTRUCTURE: The college area is always clean and is properly maintained, it offers one of the best infra in du, all the classrooms have ac.
- EXPERIENCED FACULTY: The faculty is from top colleges themselves and is also occupied with a long years of experience.
- VERY ACTIVE SOCIEITIES: The socities here are really active, hosting frequent events, inviting great guest and act as a full charger to your personality development journey.
Dislikes
- POLITICS: During the election season it becomes quite hectic with all those people asking for the support and even giving free meals just for the sake, destroying the meaning of fair elections
- STRICTNESS: The administration here is quite strict , especially in regard to attendence
- LACK OF BIG EVENTS : specifically to our college , the events are not being upto the mark of the top college yet, waiting for some big great events
Course Curriculum Overview:
Specially about my course, it is really practical. You get to know about so many economic models and their application through a mix of a lot of maths. It brings in a whole new mindset to look at things going around you. It is highly relevant as well which is clearly visible from the fact that last year this course brought the highest package of 25lpa in the college.

- One of our college garden is named LP and that is where most students spends most of the time.
- Campus is clean like a whistle and even canteens are so clean that I have my lunch there daily.
- Washrooms too are well maintained at our campus.
Dislikes
- There is a boys hostel but no girls hostel at our campus.

Placement Experience:
Economics Hons can offer financial assistance and become great consultation too. So from Deloitte or the Big 4 many consultancy firms such as BCG and many more may not be that big but do come to our campus for recruitments.

The diverse and well structured curriculum covering indian, global and thematic histories which motivated me to choose this course.
It builds strong analytical and research skills, helpful in academia and civil services.
Inclusion of internships and placements.
Exams held twice a year during extreme weather conditions (may-june and December-January).

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
