GLIM Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Following their first year, students must complete a mandated two-month internship, after which they are eligible for final placements after the fourth trimester. This year, over 150 firms came to campus, and there is a rigorous guideline of only one offer per student. The highest package provided on campus was 28 LPA, with an average package of 13.6 LPA this year. 95 percent of students are placed on campus, with the other 5% opting out for sabbaticals, additional education, or to establish their own business.

We have 100% placement in college, though placements are still going on. 150+ Companies have already visited the campus till now. Major Recruiters were Great Learning, KPMG, Nestle, ICICI Bank, Infosys Etc.

Students get Eligible in the month of October, which is in term 2. Some of the Companies are hdfc bank, ICICI Bank, Nestle, Infosys, Newgen, Tiger Analytics, Droom, etc The highest package till now is around 21 lakh and average package is around 12-14 Lakh per annum. we have 100% placement records and till now 70% are placed

Student Becomes Eligible After the End of Term 2 for the placements. Majorly Companies are from IT Sector and the Roles offered are mainly in Analytics and Consulting. Some of the major Recruiters are Nestle, KPMG, Microsoft, ZS Associate, Deloitte, etc. We have 100% Placements.

The placement is pretty good. We have 100% placement Records. Currently, placement is going on. Companies are mostly from Chennai and Bengaluru. Some of the companies are KPMG, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte etc. The highest Package till now is around 20 lakh and the average is 12-14 lakh per annum.

Approximately 250+ Companies have visited our campus till now The average Package is around 12-14 lakh. 100% Placement is provided by the college, if Suppose a person is left for placement then college does provide opportunities after college too.

Positive point about the college is infrastructure and faculty quality. They provide us industrialists expert mentors for group capstone project. The quality of the teaching pace is great and systematic.

I think one of the best things about the college is that they are always looking to improve. From our formative years, the college worked actively in identifying its areas of improvement and went about it in a professional manner. For example, we lacked a good infrastructure and now the college has one of the best infrastructures in the country. Our placements were skewed towards IT, and now it is evenly distributed across Analytics, Consulting, Finance, Manufacturing sectors. The college has remarkable branded itself, so that in about a decade since inception, its counted as a viable option among the best in the country. Yes, there are still areas of improvement as there will always be, but the hunger for improvement sets Great Lakes apart.

Entrance Exam: CAT 2014, Perecntile: 90% . Reason for selecting GLIM: One year Program will be a lot challenging but will save one year.
