The engineering Race :*(

Likes

Honestly the football turf, its way too large and there is a basketball turf aswell
The mac lab, in which the OS system of the PC is pure Mac, the Apple company
Nearby to the local station, where the students traveling from far away, could reach the college just by walking off from the station

Dislikes

The female to male ratio will be literally 2:3
The canteen is worse and i really mean it
The faculty and there is no lineancy, they are strict snd egotisitic for no damn reason

Course Curriculum Overview:

If you're talking about the course, which i am completing is Engineering in IT, which basically is somewhat difficulty doing in india as of the other countries, as it just focuses on the different subjects, which is not the actual cause of completing the course, people spend their 4 years completing the course and honestly 75% of people get a back year and do it all again

Review of XIE, Mumbai

Likes

First thing about college that comes in mind is it's people. The staff both teaching and non teaching is helpful and kind.
Teachers of IT department are good at teaching and each one has either done masters or Phd in their resp. subject
Classrooms are both AC and Non AC, we switch to different classrooms according to different lectures

Dislikes

Attendance is the thing I don't like much about my college since 75% attendance is neccesary. Attendance is strictly counted. 😭
Assignments and practicals are minus Point.😫 But the college comes under Mumbai University, so we have to complete them😑
First year faculty is very good. But seniors tell that one mam which is for 2,3,4th year is very strict...

Placement Experience:

Students get placement from 3rd year onwards from college. From 4th sem, student get eligible for placements. Companies like godrej infotech, newfold Digital, zycus, Acron, L&T finance, etc visited our campus. Highest package till now in this year is 32LPA. whereas avg package is 7-8LPA. students placed percentage is 85%. More students choosed to go for higher studies. My plan after getting degree is also to go for higher studies.

Comprehensive Review of XIE

Likes

The Playground which is best suited to the college that helps student to maintain their physical fitness overall
The college has also provided the MAC Lab for studnets

Dislikes

The class does not have an Air Conditioner

Placement Experience:

Form SEM 7 the college placments are offered to the studnets. The companies visited are Cape Gemini, etc The highest package offered was 12,00,000 PA and the average salary is 4 LPA. From the overall 4th year student passing out atleast 30% of the studnets gets placed.

Information about the facilities at XIE.

Remarks:

The college is ranked 3rd among private colleges in Mumbai by Times of India.It has good infrastructure,lot of labs and a lot of companies come for placements.The faculty is also good and very helpful.

Remarks:

Staff is very good and helpful. The main negative thing is that ther vicinity is very poorly managed we dont have that many shops near by as it is situated in mahim. Canteen needs improvement. Canteen is shitty in our college we dont have space to sit outside seatings are not clean and food is not that good.

Remarks:

only the gymkhana is not properly managed and no kits are properly there in the place. and about the placements, it's very excellent and very nice. most of the companies come to our campus and they take most of the students.

Better than most of the existing ones

Remarks:

Positive are all mentioned throughout the form Also to mention they really keep the college clean and many trees around the institute which gives nice vibes. Negative can be attendance issue which is actually not enforced by institute but by Mumbai University to which we are affiliated
