Sri Jagadguru Chandrashekaranatha Swamiji Institute of Technology (SJCIT) was established in the year 1986. The college is run by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust.It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and approved by AICTE

I was interested in studying aerospace engineering and it was available in this college so i got admission here through kcet in 2nd round of counselling. In Karnataka there are only two colleges having aerospace engineering so i joined here. Our college aceepts kcet, comedk, dcet lateral entry, cutoff vary based on yearly and cet ranking got response we get while admissions. Cut off in details i dont know but for computer science kcet cutoff is nearly 20 thousand

The first year fee is INR 32,590, the fee for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year fee is INR 27,100 at the Sri Jagadguru Chandrashekaranatha Swamiji Institute of Technology for the Btech CSE course. Candidate should have passed (10+2) or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology, Language and anyother subject. He/She should have scored a minimum of 45% marks. All reserved category students have a 5% relaxation in minimum aggregate. Candidates must qualify KCET(Karnataka Common Entrance test).
