Likes

Things I liked the most is environment to study, culture, celebration of special days
The best thing is the faculty members who are always friendly
Library tp study and we can take up the books required for study to our place

Dislikes

Things I dislike is that cafeteria which is quite small.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate 9.2 / 10 for the course. I choosed up this course because it was my passion to because software engineer. The curriculum is very good and we get and understand all the concepts very well. We have sufficient to finish up the course.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 34000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fee I used to pay is 34000. Tution fee was 30000, admission fee 4000. My college seat was through government kota (SNQ Quota). My batchmates paid a year fee of 95000 for government seat. I was not beneficial for any scholarship because my father is a government employee.

Campus Life

There will be many technical festivals like hackathon s, inter college competition so on. All the books are available at library by taking a library card. There are good facilities like projector , good furniture, podium inside the classroom. There would be a annual sports meet every year,and inter college competition too.

Admission

I have applied for many colleges which were all my most favourite, but luckily I got the best college to make up my future. Yes I got rejection from other college too because I did not pass that criteria of the college. The admission process is quite easy with few documents.

Faculty

The relationship between the faculty and students is quite very good and we have a mutual understanding between each other. The faculty I liked the most is Arvind tejas chandra sir, who was quite strict yet friendly. His teaching was really fabulous and very good. Per semester we have 8 to 9 subjects exams. Almost all the students do their best to clear the exam.

Night Life

There would be a separate hostels for girls and boys.gums, lab , library will be provided at the hostel with a healthy food. There are many cafeteria around our college. And also many places to visit.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good but I feel the vtu syllabus is too basic, even in the higher sems, which should be improved. The electives also were too broad and hence not much useful. My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose electronics and communications wholeheartedly. Since my childhood, I was very interested in electronics and very humble in learning new topics in digital electronics. I was never a coding guy, so I took electronics and communications as my course. It was an easy choice for me. So class's average strength is around 65 to 70. And the faculty: student ratio is quite good. The teachers are well qualified and most of them are doctorate holders. The timetable is arranged in a manner such that there is smooth conduction of classes for all-year students. The exams are semester wise and there will be internals every month. Questions are better, you have to know little bit contents taught in classes and also from textbooks. It is easy to pass.
