Scholarships like mptassc and etc helps students for some affordings.
The faculty and staff of chemical department is very nice and friendly with students , and the laboratory of my department is also good so i learnt many of the things that a chemical engineer should know about
These are accessible easily the infracture greenry and sports facilty will catch anyone's eye clubs like hindisamiti and bandish are very active and keep organising great events frequenty.

Dislikes

They are also not providing hostel for 2nd and 3rd year student that's make me so much disappointed.
The placement for core branches is very poor .there are many students suffering from unemployment.
No as such annual fest are conducted and overall college life is dead in this college if different clubs even try to arrange some fest college authorities does not support at all.

MITS EMERGING COLLEGE OF MADHYA PRADESH

Likes

Infrastructure of the college is one of its positive aspects,
Lots of social activities such as events and different clubs make it better than other gov college of Madhya Pradesh
Greenery and sports facilities and also a stocked library.

Dislikes

Crowd in this college not very good , people here didn't even care about studies and placement
75 percent attendance is compulsory, it's kinda problematic if u have other goals in life
Coding environment is not that great, if you want to pursue competitive programming then this is not the college you are looking for.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good enough if you have skills, you can bag package upto 10 lacs onwards campus, faculty also helps you to get placement off campus. And since it's a developing college you can expect more in future

I like that the campus is good and yeah as the city is Gwalior so good
Now mira Gwalior is a deemed University so yeah that's good.
Curriculum is get strict so it is good for academic growth.

Dislikes

Faculty is not like very good to be honest .
Hostel facility are not on point that are provided
The hostel timing are very less like six thirty pm for girls.

Placement Experience:

So placement are not so good and not very poor or veryyy badd it's is okayish and like average and yeah off campus packages aree soo good and the average packages is like 3 to 4 lakhs per anum. And lowest is 2.5 lakhs I guess.

Infrastructure is really good there are several buildings for MBA, BTech, architecture, our college has almost all the courses such as BBA , MCA all the courses , campus is good there is a canteen inside along with many stalls
Overall the faculty is good the teachers are well experienced and have proper knowledge as well as proper education in their respective fields and are well qualified also their methods of teaching are great
Overall there are many clubs , many opportunities many quizzes to take part in for your overall growth and to work on hobbies even there are a lot of things as an architecture student it’s a great opportunity

There are a lot of placements cells and companies which come here for example for EC btech BSNL and other reliance digital like companies come here however I am in 1st year so I cannot rate placement , yet but placements are good here

Average Pros and Cons of a state gov college

In my college first of all I appreciate is the infrastructure also the buildings with proper facilities. Their is a very friendly environment between students and teachers
Campus has its greenery everywhere on can maintain a social life because their are many clubs which provide opportunities students specially junios and seniors to come together
Also their is many type of courses in btech and also in other feild that on can persue from it

Dislikes

College placements are bot that much focused
Their are many fights happening between students also security is not reachable
Their should be improvement on training and placement cell

Placement Experience:

From the semester 7th we are eligible for placements The companies like wipro accenture tcs volvo/eicher mahindra ihp visits in my college Highest package offered is 12 lpa Around 20% students gets placed My plans is to do MTech from a known gov college

MITS Gwalior Review- Pros and Cons

Likes

The College is pretty much clean and the greenery is well maintained.
It is one of the oldest colleges of MP so the alumni network is ok.
The infrastructure is good and well maintained also the laboratories have decent equipments

Dislikes

The overall atmosphere of college is highly influenced by local people. Considering you can frequently see fights and all.
There are no fests or grand events in the college only little club events are organised throughout the year.
The college management is not good and often hinder in organising grand events.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I mentioned earlier, the course curriculum is somewhat outdated, so it needs to be changed, and the administration somewhat does it periodically. But still, I feel the curriculum is not up to date with the modern world and what the job market needs, so it needs to be changed. Also, the faculty should focus more on practical Topics and should teach in a more engaging way, which is seen very little in our college. Together with this, Though the exam pattern is alright, I feel that the weightage of the end semester should be higher, somewhere around 70%.

Likes

The infrastructure is quite good, including playgrounds for various sports, an open gymnasium, there are fast food shops and the canteen in the campus.
Specialization branches such as AIML,AIDS,IOT Have high performance computers in there labs
The institution has revised it's curriculum to make it in accordance with the modern requirements of the market

Dislikes

The Campus size(usable) is quite small, the overall size is 44.6 acres, but a major portion is not for use
The core branches' labs has not been upgraded.
The college doesn't have any big feat or event of its own, every event which happens is conducted by the student clubs.

Since this is my first year I don't have any solid information regarding the placements, but according to what I've heard, the placements are kind of average or above average, AVG package lies around 5-6 LPA, no information about the highest packages

The teachers are great at their work of teaching along the environment of college is good
Campus vicinity is large and have lots of greenery
Faculties are great at their work and i have great mentor in college who gives me good guidelines

Dislikes

Admission process could be shortened and more facilities of good quality of teaching method coul be improved

Placement Experience:

From 7 sem students became eligible for placement Many companies have visited university like infosys, cognizant JK tyres etc Highest package has been 11L And average package is 5.3 L 7/10 got placement which would be at least 70% and placement also depends on students if they perform well

Overall better university than other as a student.

Likes

The girls and boys ratio is 1 of 4 . Girls about 25%.
Excellent faculties provide better education.
Most of the student are knowledgeable

Dislikes

Improvement needed because of there is no proper management.
The amount of fee is comparable high but system is not favourable.
Their students are totally independent

Placement Experience:

The placement records of these is better than other because the students are jee qualified. Approximate of placements around ex 600 out 1400 according to the university i have no idea about this. But student managing own off campus .
