Kongu engineering college review

Likes

The infrastructure and People around there was awesome.They all would be so friendly and genuine
People come from different district and state as we get a lot of exposure
Clubs and events that we participate made us enthusiastic

Dislikes

The college is 5km away from perundurai busstand so if we come after 7pm there would be no bus as we have to pay for the auto

Placement Experience:

Many mnc companies have came to our college and many students have got placed in a good company.Even slow learners they provide coaching separately after college time and place them also in a good company

Likes

In our college it have skilled staff and lab incharges
In our college they maintained lab in neat and good
In our campus above 90 percentage placement

Dislikes

Need to change the network issue at some places
Need to industrial visit at outside from tamilnadu
Need to increase the bus route at near stop

Truth about kongu engineering college

Likes

Business incubation inside the college is good and usefull
Free time is a bit more if you are into projects or entrepreneurship
Friendly teachers who talk friendly instead of being strict that's an good point here

Dislikes

Outdated syllabus and most things are thought In board
Walking inside the capus will be high as there is not an proper adminstration
More strict in dress code . Not good for fashion showing people

Placement Experience:

Mostly everyone will be placed somewhere at 3lpa . If not they will give internship inside he college startups and it will be helpful for some people and mostly everyone will be placed and only some people will go for high paying jobs

Cool infrastructure , climate and classrooms
Seniors at KEC are very friendly and lovable they ensure that we'll feel comfortable
Lots of event and symposium are conducted frequently which helps us to grow our skills

Dislikes

The taste of food at the food court is average but not bad
Dress code is strictly monitored for the first year undergraduates
Od's aren't provided in the 1st sem to attend some event but mostly we'll be permitted

Course Curriculum Overview:

KEC is an autonomous college so the curriculum is changed every four years. The course B.E MECHATRONICS is an integration of electrical, mechanical and computers. The course is so engaging and the staffs in the department are easy going and their teachings methods are well appreciated. There will be 2 to 4 tutorials per week and the difficulty of it is easy

Placement was good in our department. From 4th year 6th semester the placement will start the student are eligible for campus interview. There is more the 80 companies visited to our department. Our highest packages 15 lahks .mostly 99 percent placement available.i want place in good company with good package.

The college infrastructure is the high class one. Our college is mostly popular for infrastructure. The entire campus is full of greeny fields and birds are humming and chirping entire the campus. A big library is here and also all the smart facilities a here for our usage. Very fast Wi-Fi facility is provided for us.
