The faculty of the college and the department is educated and helpful the faculty have much knowledge they treat the students equally and provide better knowledge to the students they solve most of students .
I love all the clubs which will encourage you survive in college .
Course curriculum is well distributed among year wise and semester wise.

Dislikes

Few old teachers are too strict and force you to follow the curriculum of the college which is not that good and helpful, it just a burden and they threat you by cutting off your marks which hurts you overall cgpa a lot.
College does not provide much support in co-curricular activities and it is not easy to get any financial support from the college.
Lab is not that much good and not all the facilities they have...and they also haven't a good canteen.

Likes

The infrastructure and the facilities for sports that they provide us
The alumini network is strong and helpnit to work in professional life as well in placements.

Dislikes

The hostel room are not too good to live.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is based on the latest technology and also based on the competitive exams and the level of course is moderate but it divide in easy to understand. The way of teaching like using projectors practical way to gather and other method that student enhances and understandble to it.

Affordability of course is very impressive involving tuition fees, hostel fees, mess fees, everything is cheap compared to other colleges.
Joyful campus is also one of those reasons.
Strict actions towards ragging behaviour makes it safer for freshers.

Dislikes

Infrastructure holds the great potential however it is not that good.
Updation is required in some areas like mechanical labs as so many machines are very old.
So many forms are required to be filled for completion of the admission.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of my college is quite impressive considering it to be a second tier college as 9-10 lakhs was wm the average package considering all the branches. And for CSE branch students the average package was 12-13 lakhs. However it is very difficult for core branch students to get placed so most of them join this college to prepare for some kind of competitive examinations. However the highest package last year was 52 lakhs for on campus and 1.2 Cr for off campus per annum.

College Diaries : Something best something best on the way.

The main pros from my previous college is they provided all the facilities and healthy environment for students which student will feel secure and safe. There faculty members very cooperative to the students from girls to boys in all aspect of fields
There placement cell team is also done a great work from the students getting placed maximum with trusted company . Companies also selected the 3 to 4 students from every recruitments with a good package offered to the students.
My previous college fees is also affordable when we talk about the other high ranked Govt colleges in Uttar Pradesh they was only paid the 1. 60 lakh from the MBA course. And they also provided the schoolarship to the categories students.

Dislikes

Firstly I disliked the most from my previous college which is sports facility because they have proper playings grounds but they lack of many physical activities.
In my MBA department our faculties members are changed every 2 to 3 months which is very bad impact in our students bonding which is made to the previous faculty.
In my college they have only one cafeteria shop which is very crowded every time because in my previous college more than 5 thousands students are studing .

Course Curriculum Overview:

If we talk about the curriculam which I influenced my decision to choose this course which is my elder sister who is studied from the BHU and she was schoolar from the management faculty. My sister is now a self dependent and active and enthethusist girl from that time which is encourage me more when i should the choose the MBA course. And if we talk about the teaching methods increment in my previous college then they should join the more faculty members in their departments because in my MBA department there are only 5 total faculities . And if we talk about the timing of exams then then it was held on semester wise and they have total 4 semester in my mba course . And they have two mid terms test which is comes under the semester. Their exam pattern is moderate not more hard not more easy .

Students have enough time for themselves
Hostel facility is superb. we get mess refund also.
It is affiliated to AKTU but is self autonomous

Dislikes

Not a good canteen. There is no place to sit in campus.
The sports complex is not prepared yet...
Cultural and annual fest are not organized properly

Overall college placement is not too good. In 7th semester student are eligible for college placement. This year google has also come for 2nd year internship. 2 students got intern at google :) In 2025 batch: Company package Total students PLaNeTSPaRK 6.5-7.5 LPA 3 Xceedance 7 LPA 6 Intellipaat 7.25 LPA 8 HUL 10 LPA 4 Humming Wave 8-13 LPA 26 Genpact 8 LPA 14 Skolar 6-9 LPA 14 I want to take placement in a good company.

IET LUCKNOW, an overview.

Likes

Good scholarship and placement opportunities if you really deserve it. If you've potential and are willing to push your limits, you'll get a decent placement.
The college offers dual specialisation means you can have your MBA in 2 specialties giving you an additional boost.
College campus is not huge or not small .... it's a decent college with less crowd. And there are no ragging here.

Dislikes

The faculty strength is so small, there are 2 guest faculty who aren't permanent and are actually coping with the new environment. However, they're amazing(still you've to rely on ppts or TPs before exams)
The MBA here is a self finance course and as compared to btech, the resources are limited.
The hostels aren't allotted to students of MBA and MCA in the first year. And hostels gives pure government quarters vibe.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 3rd semester, the internship opportunities are given to 1st sem students also which is a good thing. The companies visited we're shree, corizo, infiamart, kotak life insurance, etc. The average placement from here was 7-8 lakhs per annum. The percentage is actually Interesting....around 50-60% students get placed but that's justified looking at people's skills and their willingness because many of the students choose MBA as a backup and they are actually interested in other exams as well. My plans after getting a degree is also opting civil services as I'm already been preparing for it.

A brief intro to my college, IET Lucknow

Campus life of this college is preety amazing and it's so good because it's always gonna provide you a good exposure when you will interact with others.
Faculty of this college is very good as they are so skilled and experienced in their subjects and knowledgeable how to make things easier for students to study which makes it easier for us to get the better output from the syllabus.
Workshops and interactive sessions are always taking place throughout the lectures to make it easier for us to learn and apply in our engineering day to day life. Those interactive sessions and group discussions after that is what I like the most.

Dislikes

Some books are very difficult for me to avail from Library as they are always either checked out or unavailable.however the faculty of library is very helpful to every students and always try to give their best outcome to us students.
Some lectures are very difficult for me to understand as there is no smart board in any classroom so sometimes it is very difficult to understand the topics of complex structures so to study them is quite hard for me.
Since there are no wifi facilities in our classrooms studying from the laptop is not possible also making it difficult for us to make notes as we will have to write it all in hard copy within the lectures. However our faculty provides us notes later.

Placement Experience:

From the end of sixth semester students becomes eligible for the campus placements as they had already been provided with proper internship offers from the very first year. Top reputed companies who visited last year were Google, Amazon, Adobe, Paytm, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. and 350+ offers were made last year where over 70% of students got placed last year. Lowest package offered last year on campus was of 2.8. LPA and the highest package offered on campus was of 49.5 LPA. Average package was of 8.2 LPA. Highest off campus package offered was of 1.2 CPA making it the highest package offered ever from this college.

Dislikes

The infrastructure, the building is too old it need improvement.

Placement Experience:

3rd year students are eligible for placements. Placements are good but not that good . Here the opportunities are little less than other iits and nits or iiits . Students here are mostly opted for off campus placement or try to prepare for other exams like UPSC , gate , cat and etc.

I don't like the professor and teacher because they don't teach as good as too
I don't like the ragging system in college
I don't like the hostel room because it is very small

The highest on campus placement of this college is 49 LPA. Which is in 2023 and the off campus highest placement is 1.2 cr . So overall the placement of this college is not very much good but you are a bright student so you get easily being placed

The campus is big. And the selection is through UPTU now. So students with good percentile only get admission.
Girls to boys ratio is less. There are around 70 girls and 350 boys.

Dislikes

The management and cleanliness of classrooms.

Placement Experience:

There is a training and Placement cell in our college that manages the on campus placements that happen. The highest package goes upto 20lakh per annum and minimum is 5 lakh per annum. Overall around 400 students get placed.

IET Lucknow is a dream!!

Firstly I will start with the faculties as that is what has made our college rank among the top.
Next would be the academics as they are competent to teach us all aspects of engineering.
Last it's the placement over the past 2 years of my joining. The trend is heading upward and the day is not far when MNCs like Google and Microsoft too start coming to our college.

Dislikes

Most students are still here from the state and therefore the cosmopolitan culture which we see in IITs is missing here.

Placement Experience:

Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Google, TCS and likewise many others are a part of our core group placements. All of them come with a requirement of at least 10-15 students each and thereby making sure that maximum students or let's say each one of us have placements in dream companies. A record breaking 49 lakhs was offered to one of our seniors and that itself speak on the kind of placements we have at IET.
