The faculty of the college and the department is educated and helpful the faculty have much knowledge they treat the students equally and provide better knowledge to the students they solve most of students .
I love all the clubs which will encourage you survive in college .
Course curriculum is well distributed among year wise and semester wise.

Dislikes

Few old teachers are too strict and force you to follow the curriculum of the college which is not that good and helpful, it just a burden and they threat you by cutting off your marks which hurts you overall cgpa a lot.
College does not provide much support in co-curricular activities and it is not easy to get any financial support from the college.
Lab is not that much good and not all the facilities they have...and they also haven't a good canteen.

Likes

Alumni network is good and we have our alumni placed at top companies like Google Microsoft Zeta morgan Stanley Goldman Sachs etc
Course structure is good we have facilities of labs and other activities are also promoted.
Coding culture is outstanding as here at IET we have 2 top coders of India and a club called fractal where we are taught coding skills.

Dislikes

You can not move out of the campus after 10 pm at night.
Work at sports complex is not yet finished.
75 percent attendance policy which makes us to attend class daily.

Placement Experience:

Placement at IET Lucknow is decent we can say as our senior gets placement at top companies every year . Companies like Intuit, Google, Paytm, Microsoft, Zeta, morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, slice , rubrik etc hire students from IET Lucknow.

IET: A place for aspiring minds.

Likes

Greenery in campus and peace full campus along with clean environment.
Serious environment of studies and aspiration in students.
Various clubs flourishing the various co curricular activities.

Dislikes

Too much serious about studies and assignments.
Attendance is one of the most important aspect for teacher's evaluation.
Little old infrastructure as the college is established around 40 years ago.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are very frequent and many big MNCs like google, Microsoft, HCL, Infosys and other core companies comes on regular basis and provide a handsome package to the students ranging from 80lpa to average CTC of 8.2 lakhs. One can also get pre placement offers in 6th Sem and internships starting from 5th sem onwards.

IET Lucknow most realistic reciew

One thing i like about my college is lineancy in attendance criteria like there is no strictness for 75% criteria .
If i talk about co curricular activities we have dancing , dramatics, singing , literary societies in our college
Recently our placement cell brought companies like Google and De shaw for summer internship in our college so placement cell is very supportive here

Dislikes

If you see the girl to boy ratio it is 1:7 which can be one disadvantage but if you see it is common in btech collegees
Other thing is about culture fests like we have limited culture fests and their scale is also very small
Also one more thing that comes in negative side is the area of the college if you compare it is pretty small.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement since there 7th sem. Recently google and de shaw came for summer internship. My friend also got internship in google with the help of placement cell. Frequently humming wave, contlo , genpect , tcs comes in our college for campus recruitment. If i talk about recent years 14 LPA is the highest one and average was about 4-5 LPA . Most pf the students get the placement if they are eligible. I want campus placement as my backup option.

No such strict attendance rule for CS branch
The coding culture here is very good there are clubs to support you like fractal for CP and robotics for development
The training and placement cell here is very supportive.

Dislikes

Some of the core branches have strict attendance rule
The girl is to boy ratio is not that good
Campus life is not that good here also there is no night life in lucknow

Placement Experience:

The placement here is average not as per the reputation of the college but we should also consider the situation of industry these day. The average package for CS is 8-9 here but the condition for core branches are not that good.

IET Lucknow the best college

Likes

The lavished green campus and sports complex is the best thing.
The free time students get to manage other side activities.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not much good for academic building.
The restrictions on girls (not allowed to go out after 8 pm).

Placement Experience:

The average package of IET Lucknow is 8.2 LPA and the highest package is 47 LPA (Domestic) and 1.2 CPA (International). The college focuses on providing internship to the third year and final year students. This year De Shaw and Google also visited our campus for campus placement of internship.

"Inside IET Lucknow"

As it is a government college, the course fee is affordable and reasonable.
The college is situated in the capital of the state so, it is comparatively easier to attend good coaching centers than other cities.
The college is autonomous so, the college faculty designs its own curriculum according to the students' needs.

Dislikes

The core branches are highly neglected, especially, Chemical Engineering branch. There are hardly 5-6 faculty members for all years in the branch.
Except for the CSE branch, almost every branch has a tough academic life here.
There is barely any on-campus placement from the core branches.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemical Enhineering is an underrated branch in terms of appreciation. This branch holds its own beauty, and is required in almost every aspect of life. It allows the students to interact with real-world application and is mostly practical based. The teachers can improve their teaching method and make it really enjoyable to learn. The first Class test is conducted within 2 months of the starting of new semester, then after around 1 month, CT 2 is conducted which is followed by the end sem exam with a gap 18-20 days.

I like the large area sports complex very big
I like the how big is campus with beautiful structure
I like how faculty treat everyone with politely

Dislikes

For me I hate that there is not dress code for some of you thought it's is good
I hate that inside campus that big I have to walk to go to the classroom
I hate 75% attendance criteria is campolsury

I would say that my is quite good for college life like I you love 3 idiots movie then it will give same level vibe if looking for placement it will good for that ofcourse it's the no.1 aktu college it have good placement records

Likes

Opportunities to meet new people make friends
Classes are often spread out giving student more control over daily routine
Club activities are also perform here have lots of clubs

Dislikes

Academic pressure, constant deadlines and assignment
Tuition fees and other type of extra charges
Lack of sleep due to night life and late night works

Placement of our college is good for Computer science and related trade of it for other branches there is some lack of it but also have opportunities of gate and other iits exams core branches student appear for gate exam while some other going for higher studies

The college environment is good full security is provided
Infrastructure is also good you can greenery all over there .

Fest are not arranged every year which is a major drawback .
Only one canteen is their so we have to go outside college
Sports facilities are not good if we want to play game we have to play it individually

I selected this course because I got an idea from the senior who pursue the course from this college and he is doing good in life so I choose this college and in this college companies related to the core are also visiting so chances of getting placed is also increasing so try to get in this college

The campus is too awesome have much greenery
The college campus in main city you can get all the facilities
Infrastructure is average hostel are not much so cool they are too old some time they don't have cupboard in room and little bit mouse problem you have manage with four member room in this college ..

Dislikes

Sports complex they are constructing from 5 years and still incomplete
You have to do everything by yourself faculty little bit rough.

College placement is average for computer science For core branches hardly they get in campus placement in now days And at the end things depends on your skills . 7 sem they are eligible for college placement .
