Math subject are very good thy teach us vey conceptually and other faculties are also very understanding.
I love my collaege campus it just look very beautiful in rainy season

Dislikes

Some faculties torcher alot sometimes it becomes so difficult to handle
No holidays are there. The distant students can't go home for a long time

All subjects which are required for mechanical engineering are there in my curriculum. I have an interest in mechanical work so I took this field in the exam. the difficulty level is moderate. But the backlog rate is so high in my college

Things to know before taking admission in Government College of Engineering Amravati

Likes

First of all even it is a government College but the ambience of college is much better than other College
Placements in cS it department are very better than other departments

Dislikes

Old structure of college and dont have their own cultural hall
Staffs will take things on ego if you contradict with them

Talking about the curriculum, it was very managed but a bit old they would have improve it as per the requirement of todays world. They should have taught us how to build a career from this specific department and how you will be useful to the world exams used to be a quite difficult in the ends and Mr but you need test used to be Les difficult and more scoring

The campus of our college is green which help students to get fresh air .
The labs of our college are well maintained which has students to learn more

Dislikes

The seats in our college for hostel are very limited
There are very limited sports facilities available in our college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester student are eligible for the placement in our colleges various companies such as LNT TCS once in our college of very well non company Google or have also visited with Amazon average packages 5.6 LP 60to 70 percent students are getting place

My hostel review

Likes

The the campus of the college is much green year which makes it refreshing
The Sporting environment of our college is very exciting

Dislikes

The hostels of our college are only for couple of years and are based on merit score
We are not provided with the editorial in our campus

Placement Experience:

There are several types of a norms for the placement category as some companies needed 7 + RC GPS GPS for their placements and their criteria is there should be no back in the last 4 years of your engineering and my plans after the completion of the coast is to pursue mtech in renowned iits

Government College is best

Dislikes

In our college lot of student are a boys and girls. By the problem is the student not available the hostel for all the student it's limited
Our hostel mess is the very bad but I realise it is government so it's okay

Placement Experience:

Our college provide the 70% placement of the lot of the student from the various branches and cs and it branches the almost 95 to 100% placement and civil is a 55 to 65% placement is the 10 to 15% placement and electrical is a 50%

The faculties of our college is supportive and supports in different lab works which is very useful for students.
Our college organize good fest such as prajwalan and Zenith which has very good budget and provides good exposure to students.

Dislikes

college has a very minimum seats for students in hostel
College should increase the number of hostels it has only two boys hostels and two girls hostels

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are average if you are all of your have no back in the four years so there is a high chance to get a good placement offer. Some of the good companies which visit our college are L&T.

Likes

Study atmosphere and more serious Student as compared to private colleges. Students really wanna do something in their life. And college os so strict so that we don't have much extra time for other time passing activities.
Hostel facilities are quite good as compared to government hostels they are new and well furnished. And atmosphere of hostel is quite good coz the allotment is on basis of cgpa and mhtcet percentile. So ya hostels are quite good.

Dislikes

College is orthodox, they hate couples inside campus or even friends. Seems collection is in the times of 90's where these could happen. So ya keep this in your mind this is a super orthodox college even to faculties.
Management...ya management is like the worse thing of the college it's like they don't use money in the most appropriate way it must be used.. as example we have a playground which ha sits annual maintenance fund is 20 lakh but it's not maintained.

Placement Experience:

placements are quite decent I would say coz avg of 5-6 lakhs is offered and highest goes upto 22 lpa. And this is the time of recession so we can't expect much from colleges but if college has maintained this avg so I think it must be decent. Off campus...I would say students are really nailing opportunities.. they're doing great.

GCOEA's Prajwalan is the biggest technical event of central India

Dislikes

There is constant water shortage issue in the New Boys Hostel
The college ground remains usable only during the Kalpana Chawla Trophy(KCT)

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their sixth semester or during their start of seventh semester. The major recruiter position is held by TCS. Some other recruiter companies are L&T, Infosys, Adani Group, Wipro, Mahindra, etc. The packages differ according to the company's requirements and the skill set in the candidate, average being 5.5lpa.

Students Become Eligible To Appear For Placements And Internships From 7th sem. HCL, TCS, L&T, Mahindra Corp., Adani Group, Infosys, Vipro, Samsung, Etc The Major Recruiter Company is TCS which Offered a package Of 5 LPA Last Year 70% of Students Gets Placed. I'll Do a Master's After pursuing my Bachelor's, So I'll Not Be Appearing For Placements.
