Ans. GCOEA has a Training and Placement (T&P) cell that helps students prepare for campus placements. The T&P cell organizes workshops, seminars, and mock interviews to improve skills. Students get training in resume writing, communication, and technical skills. Faculty and student coordinators guide the process. The cell arranges pre-placement talks with companies like TCS, Wipro, and L&T. Internship opportunities are also provided to gain experience. In 2023-24, 212 UG students were placed.

No extra curricular acitivites are conduted in college even with the low placement rate the college does not take steps to increase the placements

I am currently in my final year we were eligible for campus placment in the 7th semester, students with no backlog and cgpa of 7.8 or higher were eligible There were nearly 10 companies who visted campus for recruitment and nearly 15 students have been placed with an average package of 5 LPA. Highest package being 6 LPA

Placements and internships in college are very less

Placement Experience:

All BTech and MTech students can apply for offcampus placement if required but there sufficient oncampus placements and almost all students get placed.Companies visiting for computer and IT are tcs, infosys, capgemini, cognisant, Nvidia, IBM, etc Total 42 offers were made computer branch and 52 offers for IT branch. The percentage of placements is 80%.

Why GCOEA

Placement Experience:

to become Eligible for campus placement you have to clear all the subjects. In third semester you can go on campus placement that you have to complete your degree various companies visit our college every year within close TCS Reliance and Johnsons. In which TCS is a mass recruiter Reliance gives higher packages and the highest package is given by Johnson's as I am electrical engineering student for us being three companies are our reproduce the highest package of word and from 68 students about 30 students get placed And my plan after degree is to go for GATE preparation and get attention in IIT for MTech

The college is autonomous and gives various opportunities for students the help in our placement and provide facilities for improvement.

Placement Experience:

In 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement if they have all clear in exams the companies visited in our college are TCS Johnson's Reliance etc. TCS gives average package and Johnson's is a highest package offering company for electrical engineering students the percentage of students getting placed is about 40 to 50% in campus if you don't get placed in campus then you have to go for placement out of the campus. I found that many more students get more package in out of the campus placement for there is no need to get worry about placement. My plan for getting a degree is to get test in a good company or to qualify get exam and do m take from IIT so that I will get very much high package then I am getting now
