- girls boys ratio is good (in my class there is good proportion of girls )
- there are lots of opportunities ( like if we have any startup idea we can work on it university also providing entrepreneur course to some selected students
- good social interactions and infrastructure is also good, also cleanliness and hygiene
Dislikes
- we need gate pass to come out from university before 3:30
- there are lots of things like school sometimes it doesn't seem we are in college
- there is no free periods if teacher is absent another teacher come
Placement Experience:
students can eligible for campus placements form 3rd year (5th sem ). there are lots of companies visited (infosys, Tcs, capgemini, tata motors , wipro etc. ) in 2023 82% students were placed acc. to NIRF data.
after the degree i will go for placements.

- hostels are very nice especially AC hostels
- cleanliness is maintained on daily basis in hostels as well as the whole campus
- variety of games present in campus and gym is also available
Dislikes
- very strict as per a college more like a school
- gate pass is required even if want to go in day which can sometimes be very inconvenient
- uniforms have to be worn in campus and it is compulsory

Companies like Adobe, Blinkit, flipkart , amazon, Swiggy , HCL offers roles in the campus and internships can be fetched easilty if the student have the required skill needed by the company just they have to maintain the cgpa above 8 or 8.5

- faculty expertise and teaching methods - The faculty at CIET are experienced and knowledgable who are well in their fields.they include the use of practical examples
- Infrastructire and learning facilities - the classrooms are not very well maintained which is crucial for engineering stuudents , but the library are well stocked and equipped with digital resources
- placement and career support - well connected with companies and industries that lead to average placement rates as they organise placement drives , mock interviews
Dislikes
- teaching cosistency - while their are few faculty members that are excellent, there is some incosistency in teaching quality and some course could more benefit from more experienced teachers
- while placements are overall good but opportunities in niche fields are limited. more focus in these areas could benefit students with specialized courses
- while on-campus placments are generally good but still there are some issues with maintance and avilability during peak times and not very good comapanies come

for the placements for bca is not very good
for getting placement u dont have to get backlog in any subject.
not good companies are coming this year in the collgege.
they give you 2 options that is on campus and off campus placement
but due to not many good companies come in the placement many students in bca
opt for offcampus placement in this year.
and if any company come in college for bca mostly they are for sales position with less stipend

- Companies recruitment is high. They take many of the students to their for training and intership.
Dislikes
- Teaching old matehmatics, electronics and co.puter applications which are no of use in today technologies.
- Attendace criteria is very bad crirter for students.
Internships Opportunities:
Ibm,infosys offers 25000 stipend per month in ithe intership or training period. Many other compaines give low stipend like 5000, 7000 in the begining, but after onwards they give good package after 1 year or 2 year. Projects like websites , games or software machines are good projects for hiring.

- A lot of clubs in college to join thus social life is really good here and you can find your peer group easily
- Classrooms and labs are really nice and there are various centres for other things like IOS centre for ios development
- Almost all students get placed and some good companies come for internships
Dislikes
- For cse students who live in hostel , classes are in the evening
- College is 45 min away from Chandigarh cause I didn’t expect it to be that far

Companies come for the internships at the start of 6th sem and some good stipends are offered though I'm not sure about the exact amount but a lot of companies come like Bajaj, adobe and some startups too

- The placements are good i have been told by the people.
- The infrastructure here is modern and nice.
- Extra curriculum are also engaging and good.
Dislikes
- people here are not so friendly which you may face difficulty with.
- The university feels so chaotic and full of people.
- The initial days are very difficult to survive if you are an introvert.
Internships Opportunities:
The internships starts from the end of the 6th semester and people have got very good opportunities so far. The college promotes Sart-ups and enthusiasm. The students get proper mentorship if needed and make some good projects.

- College is very progressive. It provides opportunities to every student plus it's a very friendly. It provides huge exposure to students so they don't feel overwhelmed in real world. Placement wise it's good also most of the students gets placements.
- The ratio of girls to boys is almost close to 3:1 .
- In college there are lots of food points and fun activities happening almost everyday.
Dislikes
- Teachers don't pay attention to every student.
- College management is not that much helpfull for students.
- College can be expensive for middle class people.
Internships Opportunities:
Lots of companies have to our college Google Microsoft razorpay morgan Stanley. There is special team of teacher assigned for students to help them for there placements. Roles varies for technical jobs to non technical jobs.

- Professors are very homely. The really guide you well.
- Everyone is well encouraged and the professors are hardworking.
Dislikes
- Square is a food court in Chitkara and it is quite expensive if you have to eat there daily. Like really expensive some days.
- The area in which the college is situated is small. They should get a larger area.
Internships Opportunities:
There are various internships. Most of the companies visit by the end of 3rd year and students get placed. Most of the time these companies even give placements.
There are 2 projects in your degree. One major project and one minor project.

- Our college have best placements I heard in this area
- All needs are available in the college itself but some are costly
- Classes are made good and big also so that everyone can see the board
Dislikes
- Classes are in different blocks so we have to travel from one side to another after every class
- Some teachers are rude and bematlab ki khundak nikalte hai and deduct marks in evaluations
- They have made a business of taking papers again and asking for money
Internships Opportunities:
I have cleared my first year so I don't know about internships but I have heard there are many opportunities of internships also in our college but some students get only according to their potential but few are left
