I was always influenced to be a doctor since my childhood. Therefore i started preparing for my entrance exam that is NEET UG. But god's grace i cleared it on my first attempt. Since i was studying in chandigarh only, my dream college was always Gmch chandigarh.

Everyone's childhood dream was to become a doctor. Mine was too. So I worked hard and opt for it. There are 150 students are in our batch. The teaching quality of the professors is just amazing. They will try new ways to make the lecture interesting. All the professors teaching are themselves doctors.

THERE ARE FOUR PROOFS IN THE COURSE OF MBBS AND ONE YEAR OF COMPULSORY ROTATORY INTERNSHIP THAT TAKES PLACE IN THE GOVERNMENT MEDICAL HOSPITAL. THE FACULTY INCLUDES THE DOCTORS WHO ARE WORKING IN THE HOSPITALS WHO ARE ALSO PROFESSORS HENCE THEY HAVE ALL THE UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE THAT ONE NEEDS IN THE COURSE OF MBBS. THE ACADEMICS IN THIS COLLEGE IS REMARKABLE AND THERE IS GOOD CLINICAL EXPOSURE PROVIDED ONE IS INTERESTED. I choose the course because I will be a doctor to serve the nation. My class has 156 students and all the departments have around 20 professor who teaches in a unique way and clear every doubt of students. They help students financially also.

There is a large library with lot of books of every subject. Reading room which is open 24*7.Euphoria event is very mesmerizing evry year in Feb.

The main reason of joining this was the city Chandigarh. It's a very very beautiful city and worth living. Also the new building of the college is very good and equipped with all the latest technology and the labs are also well maintained. Although mess food is bit poor but overall hostels are good too.I read reviews on shiksha.com and all these reasons helped me choose this college.Main thing is the fest conducted by gmch. Unexplainable. The best experience of life .
