- On campus accommodation is very expensive
- Fast paced environment when it comes to academics
- There are lot of activities to do on campus and you have no time to cover everything as few activities are overlapping.
- realestate.com to rent a whole property. Flatmates, Instagram communities, and Facebook groups for finding an accommodation. Be very careful while choosing one. Not all are as good as they seem to be. Do not pay before inspecting the property directly. Try to get a house in your language or nationality for easy living.

- Expensive accommodation at campus
- Not much to say about it yet since its only been one semester
- I live with my friend and we are renting a two-bedroom apartment. Accommodation is available on real estate and domain and there are student accommodations for people who don’t know anyone here. A lot of my friends are living in student accommodations and they are happy with it. It can be a little expensive here but you can earn your expenses while studying.
- Challenges can be with no rental history so renting an apartment for a newcomer is not the easiest job. I advise living in student accommodations and getting pay slips steadily for at least 6 months before renting by yourself.

- We have good Internship opportunities there, which I found good .
- Quality of faculty is so good, they are so interactive and intellectual.
- We can also get good Indian food near there.

- I think its not value for money; the fee we pay is high compared to other universities.
- Permanent immigration is a problem.
- Not safe for students in campus during night time.

- Campus is not as big and fancy as Oxford or Cambridge.
- Not very helpful in getting campus placements.
"I found accommodation through facebook marketplace. My rent was $700 which included laundry and utilities (electricity and water). I did not really face any challenges while finding accommodation, but when securing it, I had to make a decision within 2 days after viewing because of it's high demand. For future students, I would recommend to get a private room if possible because then you can focus a lot on your studies. There's Facebook marketplace, Kijiji and real estate agencies which rent out and if you find real estate agency which specialises in student housing (WCRI in my city, Waterloo), then you can find pretty cheap rooms near university campuses. My accommodation is around 4 KM away from the campus. Most of the Indian students live in the city of Kitchener, but some groups did live near the university but they had to share their rooms with at least 3-4 other people to afford those places."

- I chose this University based on programme structure, university ranking, opportunities available and level and type of academics offered.
- Organisation of academic and non academic activities alongside many opportunities for international students. Free food and drinks on many occasions throughout the week. Campus atmosphere and services offered. Dedicated sports and fitness services alongside of the technical activities as well if one is interested. There are opportunities available to socialize with like minded folks and gain insights to pursue different career paths and/or jobs amongst other things.

- Location of the university is almost half hour away from the city that is probably the most disliked point. Lack of human element in various processes, like there are many instances when you are supposed to do a certain aspect of activity and due to its digital nature you might not understand it completely well at the same time if there were a human element involved it would prove a lot more beneficial.
It is an overall good experience with challenging academics at par with current trends and other industry standards. There are lots of extracurricular and fitness oriented opportunities available as well.

- Change of pace from US rat race, better ranking, lower fees, better international recognition, safer country.
Overall, it would say it was good and refreshing, especially as an international graduate. Though, facilities could've been handled well during COVID, the on-campus classes and labs would have to be the major takeaway when it came to academics. Events would always be there Year round, so there's no shortage of freebies to look for.

The experience at Monash University is wholesome. The students get to experience everything that a course should offer. This international exposure in the life of students is much needed. The university not only helps student academically but also to settle in the new city far from home.

- Monash University is one of the Q8 in Australia. Master of Data Science was well structured. I loved how the units covered all the things I wanted to study. I liked how practical and theoretical units were balanced.
I enjoyed thoroughly. Doing Masters is once in a lifetime opportunity. It’s a great experience. Meeting new people. Learning new skills, participating in a lot of events organized by the Uni. It was great.

- The college was ranked number one in Australia for the course and the only university with an IT faculty in Australia which is one of my favourite countries in the world.
My Monash university experience was wonderful and even though I wish I could have studied all 3 years if the Covid didn’t impact me as most of the time I spent was studying online.

- As part of the prestigious Group of Eight (Go8) universities in Australia and among the Top 100 universities in the world, Monash was one of the best Universities to study a Master of Business Analytics.
My overall experience was fruitful and worth the buck as I bagged a role within 2 weeks of graduation. This was because I worked towards employment right from day one of University. It is not easy to get jobs as an international student. But with the right mindset, hard work, and making the best use all the resources at my university, I have now carved my own path and career in Australia.
