How to Accept Your BITSAT 2026 Iteration 3 Seat Allotment

Once the Iteration 3 results are live on July 13 follow the steps below to secure your seat before the July 18 deadline. All steps are completed online at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.

1. Visit the official portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in and click the BITSAT 2026 FD Admissions login link.
2. Log in using your application number and registered password.
3. Open your allotment letter to check the campus (Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad) and programme offered to you in Iteration 3.
4. Select your seat response option — Freeze, Float or Slide (explained in the section below).
5. Pay the acceptance fee through the online payment gateway. This fee is non-refundable once paid.
6. Download your allotment letter and fee receipt immediately and save them — you will need both at the time of campus reporting.

What Happens if You Miss the Iteration 3 Fee Payment Deadline

The fee payment deadline for Iteration 3 is July 18, 2026. Not paying on time has the following consequences:

• Your Iteration 3 seat allotment is automatically cancelled with no scope for reinstatement.
• You are permanently removed from the BITSAT 2026 admission process and cannot participate in Iteration 4 or any later round.
• Any seat held from an earlier iteration that was not Frozen is also forfeited.
