Students admitted through BITSAT 2026 must report to their allotted campus — Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad — between July 28 and July 30, 2026 with originals of Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, BITSAT 2026 scorecard, transfer certificate, migration certificate and valid photo ID for document verification.
Campus reporting is the final mandatory step in the BITSAT 2026 admission process. During reporting hours (9 AM to 1 PM), BITS officials verify every original document against your online application data, collect biometric data and capture your photograph for the BITS student ID card. A mismatch or missing document on the reporting day can result in cancellation of your admitted seat, so assembling a complete document file well before July 28 is critical.
- Campus reporting window: July 28 to July 30, 2026 at your allotted BITS campus (Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad), 9 AM to 1 PM each day.
- Four iteration rounds (Iteration I to IV) close before reporting begins; Iteration IV fee deadline is July 25, 2026.
- Reporting activities include document verification, biometric data collection and photo capture for the BITS student identity card.
- A Parent–Vice Chancellor interaction session is scheduled on July 30, 2026 afternoon.
- Orientation-I for fresh students is on July 31, 2026; the first semester begins August 1 and class work commences August 3, 2026.

BITSAT 2026 Campus Reporting Documents FAQs
Ques. When is the campus reporting date for BITSAT 2026?
Ans. Students admitted through BITSAT 2026 must report to their allotted campus between July 28 and July 30, 2026. Reporting hours are 9 AM to 1 PM on each day. The reporting venue is your allotted campus — Pilani, K K Birla Goa or Hyderabad — and you cannot report to a different campus.
Ques. Which is the most important document to carry for BITS Pilani campus reporting?
Ans. Your original Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate is the most critical document, as admission eligibility is verified directly against it. Your original BITSAT 2026 scorecard, the seat allotment letter and your original Class 10 certificate are equally mandatory and must accompany it.
Ques. How many photocopies of each document should I carry for BITS reporting?
Ans. Carry at least two sets of self-attested photocopies of every document you bring. BITS officials retain one photocopy set for their records and return all originals after verification. Keeping a spare set is advisable in case additional copies are requested.
Ques. Is a migration certificate mandatory for BITSAT 2026 admission?
Ans. Yes, a migration certificate issued by your Class 12 board is required at campus reporting. You must obtain it from your school or board office before the reporting date. Students who studied under a board outside Rajasthan in particular need to ensure this certificate is ready as BITS Pilani’s main campus is located in Rajasthan.
Ques. What happens if I miss the BITSAT 2026 campus reporting dates?
Ans. If you do not report by July 30, 2026, your allotted seat is liable for cancellation. BITS Pilani schedules additional iterations (Iterations V to VII) from August 6 to August 22, 2026 to fill any vacated seats. Missing the reporting window without prior written permission from the institute is not permitted and may result in forfeiture of your admission and any fees paid.
Ques. Can I complete BITSAT 2026 campus reporting without my original Class 12 marksheet?
Ans. No. The original Class 12 mark sheet is mandatory for document verification at campus reporting. Students whose boards had not issued mark sheets by June 1, 2026 were permitted to upload them on the portal up to July 10, 2026. The original certificate must be presented in person on the reporting day. Appearing without the original may lead to cancellation of your admission.
