Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as
Academic Requirement:
- Candidates should be qualified for admission to collegiate education.
- Candidates applying for the Undergraduate Engineering admission in 2025 should have passed with minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics (P), Chemistry (C), and Mathematics (M) / Biology (B) (PCM/PCB) in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).
- Candidates applying for the Undergraduate Engineering admission in 2025 should have passed with minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics (P), Chemistry (C), and Mathematics (M) / Biology (B) in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate) for the following categories :
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST
- Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. Certificate to prove community / nativity should be produced at the time of counselling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
Entrance Exam: The selection process will be based on the VITEEE examination.

- Infrastructure is not that good compare to other colleges
- Some teachers are good enough but some are bad

- There is no proper ground in this college
- For fresheres there not much flexibility

I pay 2 lakhs per year for vit ap college,I get into this college through viteee exam through cat 1,some of my friends get into this college in cat2,3 .but paying huge fees for this college in not that worth
Likes
- Our campus has ffcs which stands for fully flexible credit system through which we can design our own degree
- Our campus is completely ragging free and anything of such may lead him to suspension of 1 semester
Dislikes
- Campus is so far from any near town which makes it difficult to reach campus
- Campus usually starts late for first year students when compared to other vit campuses and to cover this holidays are reduced and the syllabus is rushed in the first yeat
Fees and Financial Aid:
I pay 2lakh per year which is category 1 and there are also 4 other categories whose fees vary as Cat 2-3lakhs Cat 3-4lakhs Cat 4-4.5 lakhs Cat 5 -5lakhs There are reservations for students of star program who are selected on the basis of thier inter marks but admission through star program is close to impossible

- Infrastructure is very good.you can make different friends .
- faculties are good but some fculties are little strict.
Dislikes
- fees stucture is very high.They ask for so much fees.
- Freedom is not there.you have to be inside your hostels after 8 30 pm

your fees depens on the category you got.Your category is based on your branch and rank in viteee.It has ctegory 1 to category 5.It starts from 2 lakh rupees and goes upto 5.5 lacs.this is only the tution fees.For hostel their is different fee structure.
Likes
- The hostels in the college are very good…they are really neat and clean
- The campus has sports to play and the food outlets are good…you can celebrate birthday parties too.
Dislikes
- The college is not completely built yet…so that's a slight issue
- The management is a little poor…problem for North indians
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee I am paying right now is divided like…tuition fees 195000 and hostel fees 170000. My room is an AC room. The hostel fees increments every year by like 10%. If u score a good rank in viteee then you can get the same fees as mine…or it might be more than this depending on your rank

- I like the college infrastructure and design
- Very good sports complex including all sports
Dislikes
- Bad quality of sports wear and bad badminton courts
- The nets for cricket are bad football area

The base fee for the college form viteee is 2 lakh . There are other ways to join the college too via emacet . The fee for emacet is low compared to viteee . And there are 5 categories cat1 is 2 lakh cat 2 is 3 lakh etc
Likes
- I like the infrastructure of my campus , the campus is really huge , enough to roam throughout the day
- Fully flexible credit system , this is one of the best reason to join vit. we can get to choose our faculty and timetable
Dislikes
- there is no air conditioning in campus , its terrifying in summer
- less library capacity , the capacity of library is very low compared to the students in the college. for over 10000 students the library capacity is just 500

The fees will be based on the rank in viteee exam if you come through viteee , it has various categories , starting from 198000 to 500000 per year . but the fees is just 70000 per year if you pass the cutoff in ap eamcet exam. there are various financial aids based on the student condition .
Likes
- I liked library most in the campus. Facilities are more and we can use pc for those who don't have laptops.
- Anyone can participate in any clubs and sports.
Dislikes
- It is common that in every college that some faculty are poor in teaching.
- In sports category there is no special mat for kabaddi

Fee structure for eapcet qualified students are 0/-. However, for VITEEE students fee structure of different types depend on their exam marks. scolarships are less but campus employment oppurtunities are more.

Dislikes
- Auto fair is expensive and cabs are not available all the time
- Fees is bit expensive for middle class people

If you join through entrance exam or emcet the fees for 4 years will be same through entrance exam based on your marks your course and fees will be depended there is no increasing in fees the college will provide loan for hostel and college too . So I am from emcet so my college fees is 70000

If you join through AP EAPCET, the course fee costs ?70000/- per year, which is very good for college like vit ap. If you are eligible for JVD scholarship you no need to that fee also. But you have to pay for your hostels.

- The library is really spacious and filled with books required for your academics
Dislikes
- The mess food is bad mostly and construction is going on so space of the campus is reduced

I got 41 thousand rank in viteee examination conducted by vit, so I got vitap.campus on first Category in csbs the fees structure of first category in vitap University is 195000+ hostel fees (138000).that is minimum amount for BTech
