VIT Amaravati has proposed a variety of scholarships for meritorious students. VIT Amaravati believes in encouraging students to strive hard for academic excellence by providing them with various scholarships. VIT Amaravati offers two major scholarships as follows:

VIT Amaravati Merit Scholarships

VIT Amaravati Merit Scholarships are awarded to meritorious and deserving students on the basis of their academic performance in 10+2 examinations. By availing of Merit Scholarships at VIT Amaravati, students’ academic fees can be reduced by 10%, 25%,50% or 100% depending upon the academic records. A higher level of scholarship is granted to students excelling in curricular and extracurricular activities.

VIT Amaravati UG Merit Scholarship

VIT Amaravati Merit Scholarships for UG are granted to students seeking admission to BA and B.Com Programmes at VIT Amaravati. The Merit Scholarship for UG at VIT Amaravati is further categorized into the following scholarships.

GV Merit Scholarship: Under this category of scholarship, any board toper across the country gets a 100% scholarship for all the years of the opted UG Programme.
Tmt.Rajeswari Ammal Merit Scholarship: Under this category of scholarship, any district topper across the country will receive 50% of the scholarship for all the years of the opted UG Programme. If the candidate is female, she is entitled to receive an extra 25% scholarship, making 75% as the total scholarship.

VIT Amaravati PG Merit Scholarship

VIT Amaravati Merit Scholarships for PG are granted to students seeking admission to NON-Engineering Programmes that include M.Sc Physics and M.Sc Chemistry at VIT Amaravati. The Merit Scholarship for PG at VIT Amaravati is further categorised into the following scholarships.

GV Merit Scholarship: Under this category of scholarship, a candidate securing a CGPA of 9.0 or 90% and above (whichever is applicable) in the 6 Semesters/ Three Years of the qualifying UG examination gets a 100% scholarship
Tmt.Rajeswari Ammal Merit Scholarship: Under this category of scholarship, a candidate securing a CGPA of 8.0 or 80% and above (whichever is applicable) in the 6 Semesters/ Three Years of the qualifying UG examination gets a 50% scholarship. If the candidate is female, she is entitled to receive an extra 15% scholarship, making 75% as the total scholarship.

VIT Amaravati Merit-Cum-Need Scholarship

Apart from the Merit Scholarship, VIT Amaravati also offers Merit-Cum-Need Scholarship to students with exceptional academic records and performance at the state / national level in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

A 50% fee concession on the academic fees is granted to the student.
This scholarship is applicable to students seeking admission to BBA Programmes at VIT Amaravati.
A family income certificate is mandatory for applying for this scholarship.

I got category 1 which is 195k per year.there are 5 category in vit ap. Category 5 is around 5lakh. We have to complete fee before joining college only and at once only. Application for vit exam is 1k and for counseling it is 6k. They are not reservation in vit ap same fee for students under their category

The fees i will be paying is same for all four years which is 3 lakh and the hostel fees depends on the type room you choose . There is no reservation in VIT so the fees depends on your performance in VITEEE Entrance exam There is no other fees seperately like lab fee , exam fee everything is included in the tution fee itself Mostly all students are of Category 1,2,3 which is 2,3,4 lakh fee respectively For students who are from the state andhra pardesh they can get seat through EAMCET which has limited seats obtain scholarships from the state government to cover your Tution fee

i am paying 3 lakhs. i am category 2 the fee is 3lakh 4 thousand and the cauthion fee is 3000 their is no other fee. my batch mates also same catagory of me catagory 2. their is no scholeership give by the university.

I joined this clg through Ap EAMCET exam. Got 6000 rank and selected this clg. Fee is 80000 as I came through ap EAMCET. Other option is through vitee exam. If your score good then you will pay 2 lakhs for first category. And one lakh increase for each category. Upto 5 category

My college allow joining in two ways one is through VITEEE and another one is AP Eamcet and I have joined through eamcet where I need to clear the eamcet exam and score more than the college cutoff at my time the college cutoff for CSE branch in my college is <=7000 rank and I got 5040 rank so that I got selected and the fee of tution is 70000 per year and hostel is 140000.

i have joined vit ap in 2022 there are two options to enter in vitap , either you can enter throuh viteee or eapcet. i have entered through viteee (viteee is an entrance exam).the fee structure depends on categories for tution fees category 1 fees is 195000,category 2 fees is 304000 category fees 3 is 400000 , category 4 fees is 445000 , category 5 fees is 490000, and hoset fee stars from 120000 and there is caution deposit which is refundabled paid in first year 15000 and the fee stays same as the first year tution fee . there are few scholarships provided for few category students who joined from eapcet based on caste background and financial status

The college fee is 159000 , we have to attend the vit exam before the entry into the college based on the exam the fee structure will be provided, I think the fee structure is 1 lakh to 5 lakhs based on the entrance exam .

Few things to know about vit ap

Fees and Financial Aid:

For CSE AI ML course, the fee structure is like this below: Category 1-205000 per year Category 2-307000 per year Category 3-370000 per year Category 4-470000 per year And these are category wise fee where you get categories from the results of VITEEE examination.There are payment seats also but the payment depends on the demand for the seat. For All CSE departments these are the approximate fee structure and these are 2022 structures. Now for every year there will be 10% hike in fees. M. Tech fee structure is 1,50,000 per year.

My Personal Review

Fees and Financial Aid:

i paid 1,90,000 per year for my hostel and this include the mess and room type there is also a caution deposite of 15,000 for the first year and it is refundable. mine is 5 bed AC sharing and i selected non-veg mess and it changes every year and it also includes dhobi too and the mess includes veg nd non veg and dpecial and it keeps increasing based on what you select I was offered seat here by writing VITEEE exam and scored 43,000 rank and was offered category 1 and the college has a total of 5 catagories and the fee for category-1 is 1,98,000 and this includes 3000 as caution deposite and is only asked to pay in the first year of the college and the fee increses approx 1,00,000 for every category and some of my friends got seated from EMCET and their fees is 70,000 pre year this is the tutuion fee structure There is also a govt provided scholership for EAMCET students where the tuiton fee is paid by the college .
