IIMT University (IIMTU) is a private university established in 2016 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is recognized by UGC and NAAC accreditation of grade “A”. It has 6 world records in its name. IIMTU is also recognised by INC, BCI, PCI, NCTE, AIU, and AISHE. It has ranked 80 in IIRF 2025 ranking in the Journalism category. IIMT University Admission is based on the candidate's merit in the last qualifying examination. Candidates are shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria of the course applied for and called for a Personal Interview (PI) and assessment test. IIMTU offers B.Tech and B.Sc as its popular courses. To be eligible for admission in B.Tech, candidates should have passed 10+2 PCM with 45% marks and for B.Sc, candidates should have passed 10+2 PCM/PCB with 45% marks. The admission is gained from the final evaluation of the assessment test, and PI.

IIMT University Meerut provides a selection of scholarships from the university to support deserving and talented students. The types of scholarships available include: merit-based scholarships for students who have exceptional academic performance; sports scholarships for students who are extraordinary sportspersons; and special scholarships for serving and retired defense personnel and girl students. IIMT University has offered scholarships worth INR 10 Crores to students till now. Ans. Hostel life at IIMT Meerut provides reasonable and comfortable facilities. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, which provides privacy and security. The rooms are mostly shared, and can accommodate two students; and they are well-furnished and spacious, sterilized, and have air conditioning, within the following basic things such as attached washroom, Wi-Fi connection, and 24/7 Electricity. The hygienic condition in the hostel is good, The hostel has other facilities, such as a gym, laundry service, and outdoor recreation facilities. The mess food is generally nutritious and has student food provides some for disturbing them. The boys have a couple of mixed feelings about their hostel. Comfortably speaking, the hostel generally works as expected, creating a proper supportive and safe place for students' academic and personal life, supported by relatively high fees.

the placement of this university is not bad as the average package is around 3.4 to 5 LTA companies like Wipro TCS Tech Mahindra Excel and their companies have consistently visited the institution and recruited several students the students trying to get a placement can surely get it somehow but around 100 percent students get placed to appear in the placement

there's always some functions going on like culture crests etc there's vast more different books available in the library to be read the facility is of smartphone and PC is really helpful in practicing course and DSC among other things while in the campus there are other clubs such as dance clubs which are joined for a point wide

What are the hostel amenities and meal services like?

the facilities provide clean in the hostel is a well lit and cleaned room with Almirah and illegated table channel bed inside non serum if you're going to a serum it will cost you a little much then a non acerome material will get laundry service two times a week the quality of the meal is improving day by day and you will get four times the meat with different time range there are different meals every day if you want to take a period rented room you can get it easily but within a walking distance for university in a fair price

How qualified are the faculty, and how do they enhance the learning experience?

The faculty to the student ratio is 1:60 which is pretty much and they should minimize the intake of students the presence of educated faculties and other things such as smart board really saves up the extra and which helps the both facilities and the students in the same way the course that one has session comes with their own problems and other aspects who have approach matters and yes major courses deal with the real world applications as I am a CSA student able to understand and learn difficult things on my phone field

First thing I noticed was the faculties of a quiet literate and were nice to each and every students this university will offer the most diverse and smart seniors who are really good in their field which will help will turn health the individuals seeking to require knowledge in direction having extra skills in a portfolio will help you to get placements in top MNCs

Likes

Ncc - college also have ncc facility which is very beneficiary if you are going to defense
Campus - their is larg and green campus with lot of flora and tree and big playing ground
Sports facility - their are many outdoor game which you can play like cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, shooting, horses riding, swimming.

Dislikes

Some Infrastructure - some of all building are not good maintained
Effects Local student: there are many local student from nearby area which badly effects the environment of University

Admission:

I was interested in doing aerospace engineering which wasn't available in all college it was the only college near to me which give aerospace engineering and other college was far from me . * i didn't applied for other college because i hadn't given any entrances exam *my admission was merit based .

Admission:

I choose this college, because it was near to my home, and it was Covid year so, this is also one of the factor that time no one knew what to do, because cuet ug was introduced that year only. I just came to visit college,they hyped up so much, so i took admission.The only thing about the course is affordability, compared to other colleges. They take admission directly and also through cuet ug.

Boys and girls ratio will 1:3 which is a good for future generations
There are four canteens in the campus which is very good
Beautiful campus with 3 grounds and overall greenery in college

Dislikes

There is a time limit to entry in the college
There is very congested environment of students
They focused on the dress code very well

Admission:

I choose this because it is a good college or it is in my hometown which is a benefit for me. Their environment is also good. There is no specific admission process but admission are getting on the basis of your academic performance.

Our college campus is very clean, artistic and very huge.
Our college provides free sports coaches and sports facilities to every student.

Dislikes

Some labs of our college are not well maintained.
Every classrooms of our college doesn't have digital board .

First of all I did not apply to any other college . I chose IIMT because I was already a lot of searching about this college. I took admission in this college after checking all the facilities of this college. My friends who passed out from this college also gave me advice regarding this college , regarding their studies. I took direct admission in this college .I did not give any exam to come to this college. The eligibility criteria is to student having above 50% in 12th class.

IIMT ki duniyaa.

Admission:

Before admitting into IIMT University, I also registered in many colleges in meerut because i want to pursue my UG from meerut only. I have applied in vidya institute, MIET , DDUMC , CCS. But in comparison of all IIMTU is one of the best out of them wether in the fee structure and in terms of other facilities. Second thing , I didn't get rejections from any colleges because i have scored 86% in 12th so i didn't face any problem at the time of admission. IIMT University if my personal choice. Lets talk about admission process- First you can go for the counselling session that will be organise by IIMTU itself to understand all the criteria, course details and others. Then you have to registered yourself in 2000 fee . And if you score well in 12th standard you will also get a good scholarship offer and if you have cleared CUET exams and after that you are appearing IIMT for admission then you will also get a added scholarship offer.
