Course Curriculum Overview
I have always had interest in computers, but having completed my 12th from Commerce board, I couldn't opt for courses like Btech (CS). This is where BCA came in to the scene, as an individual from any board could opt for it who wanted to study about computers. The course at my University had specializations aldo and tie ups with instituions like NPTEL, which helped prepare for the extra edge. The main exams were held semester wise, in almost every 4-6 months.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure at IIMT University is quite affordable, making a great easy entry point for many individuals. Also, the fee was allowed to be paid in installements every semester wise, unlike other universities where the whole year fees is demanded upfront.
Campus Life
The campus life at IIMT is vibrant and cheerful, but still quite in the growing stage. In terms of facilities, the institution has great library, swimming pool, sports grounds, etc. Even a great push for culturual aspects, but they need to be encouraged more on a bigger scale.
Admission
To cater to maximum students of Meerut, there isn't any tough scrutinity for my course. On the basis of Merit, I was granted admission into the course. I felt a bit more stringtent process would have helped individuals better assess or introspect on their decision of the course.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio was quite great in my batch wherein every 1 teacher catered to almost 40 students around. People teaching at my university have the require and reputable credentials, and come with a great years of experience.
