Likes
- The avera package is 10.5lpa and many companies visited from urban domain like gt, janagraha and many consulting groups like kpmg ey pwc etc all students got placed in my batch.
- Faculty of our college are also quiet good and experience so we do have a very interactive sessions and never felt bored for a particular subject and all the faculty members are quiet helpful whenever we are in need .
- The hostel experience is quiet good as there is timely cleanliness is maintained which other pg outside could not provide and one of the reason is safety as well according to the fee structure it is quiet good experience.
Dislikes
- No coordination among residence management team. Punishes the students when they didn?? do any mistake, dominate them, no support during physical or verbal abuse(we have proofs)
- Residence team - worse. If possible, bachelors should live outside the campus in nearby PGs.
- Non AC hostel rooms. No option of AC Hostel

- Faculties are very good all are Phd holders and very cooperative
- Class environment is also too good, beautiful infrastructure, good college life with various events and fests, students participate across colleges in events, lots of opportunities are given to explore your talents and skills
- Non teaching staffs are well mannered and helpful
Dislikes
- Mess food taste, quality. It's the only problem for maximum students. I also feel the university change the caterer or take initiatives for food improvement and hygiene
- No gaps are given between semester exams. As we have packed schedule with assignments, class works, group projects, events. We need atleast one day of gap between exams for better preparation. We have to study one whole night before exam day
- University Bus transportation is not available during events which is held at night as the university is located very far from main city, day boarders face difficulty while returning. They charge heigh for bus fees still don't have bus facilities
Placement Experience:
1.After completion of 2nd year it's is mandatory for students in my course for internships during summer break after which you have to submit the report of your internship. Internships are mandatory in all courses. Average package of my course is 4-5 lpa. Which is okay types if you have plans for job after 3 years of undergraduate program. I would suggest to persue MBA after BBM for more package. But yes for job experience you can sit on placement and after 1-2 years fo job you can have MBA degree.
2. Sorry don't have proper information about companies coming for placement in my course because companies usually prefer students with high degree and job experience. So after mba you can have more better placements. It's getting difficult to get into placement after just 3urs of degree programs
3. Highest placement as far I know is 72lpa in PG level of MBA companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Aditya Birla group, cognizant, Accenture and some consulting companies
4. percentage of students placement is 100% in PG level
5.My plan after getting my degree is to straight away go for MBA degree as 3 yrs degree is not sufficient for good package and greater opportunities.

- I like the facility here a lot. They focus on each student and help them to reach their potential.
- Seniors here are very friendly and approachable. Xim University being a Jesuit college is very strict against ragging and my interaction with seniors has been good.
- Infrastructure in Xim University is very good. We are provided with new hostel build for girls. Apart from that we have gym, tennis court, basketball court, library and many more other things to do here.
Dislikes
- The quality of food can be improved and be better.
- One problem we have that we don't have air conditions in UG hostel. It can we very hot and humid during the summers
- Our college is very far from the main city, bhuvneshwar so it can be a little hectic to travel.

Our college offers placement and internships.
Students and required to do at least one internship in 2nd year. We are eligible for internships from 3rd semester onwards.
Students from 5th semester are eligible for placement.

6th semester students are eligible to sit for placement
HDFC, yes bank, GS Bitlabs,Zomato,etc companies came to hire UG BBM/Bcom students.
Avg package was around 4-5 lakh and highest was around 7.5 lakh
5 out of 50 students get placed
My plans after UG is persuing MBA

Placement Experience:
Campus placement is very good at our university almost everyone gets the placement of minimum 100000/- . So in that scenario our university is on top . One of the advantages of our college is placement opportunities for the MBA graduates .
