Xim University review

I choosen Bachelor's in business management because it perfectly aligns with my career goals and I'll be persuing MBA after my graduation. And for management courses Xim University is among top b-schools. Which have top class faculties, opportunities, infrastructure, courses with strong emphasis on real world project and internships which prepare students for job market. Projects and case studies are given for experiential. The university has collaborations with companies and foreign universities for student exchange program. In some subjects need more deep and practical understanding for being motivated for the course. Gaps are needed before exams for proper preparation and exam level and not at all difficult. The questions are all based on whatever taught in class.

1.After completion of 2nd year it's is mandatory for students in my course for internships during summer break after which you have to submit the report of your internship. Internships are mandatory in all courses. Average package of my course is 4-5 lpa. Which is okay types if you have plans for job after 3 years of undergraduate program. I would suggest to persue MBA after BBM for more package. But yes for job experience you can sit on placement and after 1-2 years fo job you can have MBA degree. 2. Sorry don't have proper information about companies coming for placement in my course because companies usually prefer students with high degree and job experience. So after mba you can have more better placements. It's getting difficult to get into placement after just 3urs of degree programs 3. Highest placement as far I know is 72lpa in PG level of MBA companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Aditya Birla group, cognizant, Accenture and some consulting companies 4. percentage of students placement is 100% in PG level 5.My plan after getting my degree is to straight away go for MBA degree as 3 yrs degree is not sufficient for good package and greater opportunities.

Per semester fees for my program is 86000. The fees is different across courses. During admission total amount I paid is 1,15,000 then 86000 per semester (information about Bachelor's in Business Management course). Yes scholarships are offered on two basis. First is caste wise for example ST,SC,OBC,PWD. Secondly on merit based (only for those who scored about 90% in 12th boards then maintaining CGPA of 9 and above). No addmission is done through management quota. You have register from course first then an interview process takes place. Faculties are very friendly and cooperative. Interview results comes out within 2 weeks then for further procedure and registration they email the selected students.

Xamboree and Xpressions is one of the biggest college fest of xim university in north east. Students from across india participate in various activities and competition. Apart from these there are also various other activities seminars are held in different schools of our university. Top leaders of different companies come for seminars . Well established student activity council facilitating big events so smoothly. Students from our college also participate in fests of other colleges. The college has student community in dance, music, sports, fashion. Xim University also has very good well maintained sports infrastructure for badminton, basketball, cricket, volleyball, lawn tennis. A student get plenty opportunities to explore herself/ himself try new activities identify new skills. Top celebrities are invited for fests. Students make memories for lifetime.

1. I have set my goal for career in management . I have applied for de course in SOA University in which I also got accepted but choose xim university over it because for management Xim is top notch with greater opportunities than other colleges in my city. 2.No i didn't got rejected in other colleges 3.For addmission in undergraduate level you have to simply register online then you'll be provided with interview dates. Interview is to s tough. Faculties ask simple questions based in n your past academics your hobbies your future goals. After you get shortlisted you get mail about futher registration process where you have visit college.You need documents like 10-12ry board certificate, cast certificate if you are belonging to a reservation cartegory government IDs. And after registration is done the dates for inauguration amd orientation programs are intimidated. Then class commencing dates are informed. The admission process was very smooth not problem was there. Seniors were also there to help you out.

Student faculty ratio is 15:1. Faculties are not very tough for approaching. Always likes to help and guides is whenever we needed. Till now from whoever faculties I studied all are very good. Sorry for not revealing the name. Faculty of financial accounting, financial management, principles of management, principles of marketing, training and development are just so amazing am so grateful I got opportunity of studying under their guidance. All the faculties are highly qualified. Where as some faculties lack in proper explanation in class where student face difficulty in understanding concepts. After semester exams students are asked to give feedbacks for respective subjects and faculties. And the deans office also respects and understand students demands and needs. In my course I have 5 subjects in every exam. Whereas number of subjects differ across various courses offered by university.

There were no group discussion only personal interview was conducted. They asked very simple questions like about past academics your hobbies, about parents, location of your stay, future goals. It was not at all difficult while preparing for interview.

As am dayboarder i haven't spend nights in campus apart from fest days. Dayboarders are not allowed to stay in campus after 5:30pm. If there is any functions or program that is to be held at night dayboarders are allowed for specific time limit. As far as got to know from my hosteller friends they enjoy their hostel life, there are gardens and trees and plants you can see very nature friendly college. Gyms are well maintained, there are parlours for girls to glow up and grocery store. A restaurant 'kin and ken' is also located inside campus to give students more fun vibes and restaurant feel inside campus food taste are good with quality. There are 3 days on week for outing la for hostellers from 5:30pm to 8pm. Apart from these hostellers can take full day out or leave by taking parents approval and residents approval.
