- An Indian or Foreigner National can apply for this course Candidate must have successfully completed (Passed) with minimum 50 % marks at the B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor of Architecture Interior designer from Govt. recognized university/Institution.
- A Reserve category candidate can apply with minimum 45% of marks, must have successfully complete (Pass) the B.Tech, Architecture and Civil Degree.
- Candidate with Relevant field work experience can also apply. Candidate must have appeared for the valid (Govt. recognized) entrance Examination
