- The environment, the faculties, my friends.
- Had a great environment in the campus and also some quality interactions with friends and faculties.
Dislikes
- I had faculties in my department but other departments lack in faculties.
- No proper maintenance of the college campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I always had an interest in studying Computer science and engineering so I have decided to study here. It is something which connects me to the real world and I enjoy that. The course includes old methods which requires to be changed and new methods are needed to be implemented. The frequency and timing of exams is quite balanced.
Likes
- Every student needs a quiet and a relaxing environment for staying organised and focused.
Dislikes
- Lack of Research Opportunities. Our institution lack research facilities as well as equiptments.
- Lack of Sports Infrastructure. Our institution lack advance sports facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Computer Science and Engineering Branch is the top Engineering branch so i choose it. It is always in demand . The current curriculum helps us to be employable. It focus on new high demand market friendly skills.

- I like the campus and geographical location and infrastructure
- I like their syllabus and teaching skills and Educational environment

- I am fully dislike on campus placement and placement cell
- I dislike their building and infrastructure
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose Computer science engineering because I like programming and mechine learning etc . I prepare the curriculum for real world application on the basis of market demand. I suggest to improve the course curriculum It should be degitalized and well experienced faculty so that they can easily explain the concept . The friquency and timing of exam is very different. It should be needed to improve

- Mode of teaching and learning , and faculties are really helpful in all the way
- Playground sports activities and my social groups
Dislikes
- The timing of the classes because its start from 9am till 5pm
- Considering everything i just have suggestions please provide good food in canteen
Course Curriculum Overview:
I love computer , so I choose this field. My curriculum prepare me very well but i still suggest them to get on practicals rather than only the theory part.. the exam timing and frequency is good but it should be more practical.

- Faculty is too good they are so kind they help you whenever u need them
- Seniors are also good they are so friendly

- No proper field for playing cricket or football
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are Bosch, Sbi, Hdfc, Dalmia etc about 100 offers were made the highest 12lpa and the average is 6.5 lpa 70 75% of students got placed after getting the degree I will try to settle down
Placement Experience:
Overall placements offered are good. You are eligible to sit for placements after you reach your final year, but during your, 6th-semester internship programs are allowed. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, TechMahindra, Vanuatu, etc.
Remarks:
AEC is the first engineering of Assam, and of the most reputable one. Tuition fees is very affordable, especially compared all the other engineering colleges of these days, and the placement scenario is pretty good as well.
Admission:
Generally, the admission to the college for B.Tech courses is given through Assam Combined Entrance Examination but I got my admission through management quota for which one has to submit documents for verification.
Admission:
Candidates seeking admission must have passed their 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks and have appeared in JEE mains or CEE and have cleared the cut off for the examiantions.
Remarks:
Because it is near to my city and my sister suggested about it to me. I like about their strict laws in our institute. I opted the course because i want to be a civil engineer, it was my aim from the beginning.
