8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Good college and good placements.

Likes

Good sports team and college supports the different sport teams
good placement will be awarded for those who get good grades.

Dislikes

It's is kinda strict. And always focuses on studies.
Some of the teachers are strict and are not friendly.
They doesn't support much sports related activities.

My course artificial intelligence is kinda tough and is hard to study for someone who's not good in coding. But the faculties are a great help and clears all our doubts and teaches us well. The management is also supporting.

Our college has a big campus with every sports facilities
Things I liked about my college is it has a good cafeteria

Things I disliked about my college is that they are Strict

True from heart

Likes

This college has a very nice ambience. It's very calm and quite.
Transportation facilities are good. We can easily reach out from railway station through bus to there.
They have fine infrastructure and faculties.

Dislikes

In this there is no seperate techfest. They had only one fest which include both culturals and tech.

The time for preparation is very congested. The syllabus is quite irrelevant to the future. It's not applicable to the future in any field. The course is highly relevant in other countries. But here it is a little bit difficult to carry on.

Adi shankara through my eyes

Likes

Teaching quality is something i personally liked it's one of the best
The campus is a wonderful space and it's green environment is so attractive
The LABS are of top quality and students can access it any time they like

Dislikes

There was nothing to dislike about the institution
We have a vegetarian canteen which most students find a bit uncomfortable
The ground is one main factor which is not a positive front

Placement Experience:

students from the 6th semester are eligible to attend campus placements. we had numerous visits from companies across the country which including SBI, TCS, FEDERAL BANK etc most companies would have a minimum package of 10-12 LPA 50% of the students get placed in a yearly basis my plan is to get placed in a good company through campus placement after completing the degree

The college of engineering attingal provides better facilities. The teaching methods are very simple and understandable
The college provides every learning facilities

The college campus provides every facilities but campus is very small

In our college 75% students are placed in different companies like UST global,TCS,etc.. The management provides a good guideline for the campus placement and arrange the different companies for the placement. The average 4.5 LPA .

Likes

Training given by the teachers is good compared to other colleges
Basketball team is great. They are going for many tournaments

Dislikes

There is no campus in this college. Very small area
It is very strict than schools. There are lot of procedures.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are offered in this college.Computer science department have very good placements and almost everyone gets in. The placements in core branches are less compared to computer science but good companies are offering positions.

Best college I have ever seen in my Life

Likes

Faculties are experts and they will provide enough facilities for the sem exams
College ambience is very nice and washroom
Library has well organised book with enough facilities and calm environment

Dislikes

College hostel provide vegetarians to students
College provides extra class at the peak of the sem exam
Having less internal marks and tired of having writing retests

Adi shankara institute of science and technology provide necessary placement needed for the students average package consist of 60000 and maximum placement got by the student is 12 lakh per anually the average students are placed in the college

Very nice college atmosphere and facilities.
Plenty of computer labs for research and practicals.

Dislikes

Some security guards have a kind of tone which is very annoying.
Few rules that doesn't make any sense to anyone.

Placement Experience:

Our college has made a tie up with a external company for placement training and it is going well. An interview consist of various stages and different teachers from the company are teaching things for each steps of the interview.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
