I was interested in electronics so I choose electronic and communication. Where the syllabus is very tough and teachers helps us to study by taking remedial classes and special classes. Pne semester will be completed in 5-6 months . There are 8 semester for a b tech student

Internships Opportunities

Steyp is the one of the intership available in Christ college of engineering which is for web development students who studing in CS and those who are interested can also do internship here. Projects are to make a website Shrishti robotics is another internship which was company of our own faculty Sunil Paul sir

Placement Experience

From 6 th semester students will be eligible for placements. Comparing to other college Christ college has a high rate of placements Percentage of students getting placed is more than 90%. My plan after degree is to get placed and find better job Highest salary pakage in Christ college of engineering is 15 lakhs per year Mainly core company's like Wipro etc

Fees and Financial Aid

At starting there is 1 lakh as deposit which will be return after completing enginnering education. Other semesters there is 85000 as course fee and 10000 as uniform fee. College has doing there responsibility very well. Also there is stipend based internships for students. Also christ college has a IT park for students for web development

Campus Life

The college infrastructure was totally satisfing for students who where studying there. Also there are a lot of programs are conducted . Every year sports have been conducting. Christ college of engineering has top facilities including lifts, cold water , smart classes with cameras etc

Admission

Eligibility for this course is science grp . The students must studied his 12 th with science group. Admission procedures is simple you need to enquire about all details in office and faculty will be established for admission application form can be collected from office and the 5-6 months is the exam interval for semester exam and monthly test will be there

Faculty

Teachers are like friends. They take us remedial class for students who are backward in studying . Also they make us to take seminar and explain class and interact us with other students. Also mainly the principal was also very friendly. All the programs are conducted. The motive of Christ college of engineering is freedom with responsibilities

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

Placement Experience:

From the semester 7 onwards the placement interview will begin.The company's like Infosys,Sutherland etc.But if we are doing externally that is also good.I'm planning on improving my skills first and then going abroad. The average package available would be 4 lakh per annum.

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.
